Nach der Ankunft in Split und fahrt zu meiner Unterkunft bin ich schon wieder hungrig gewesen. Also etwas die Gegend erkundet und das Laterna am Hafen entdeckt. Sehr nette Bedienung mit gutem Englisch (was ich so nicht erwartet hatte). Bestellt hatte ich gegrillten Octopus, einen gemischten Salat und ein lokales Bier. War alles sehr gut und die Aussicht war auch sehr gut.
Auch hier gab es einen zweiten Besuch mit Dorado und Pommes, dazu ein kleiner Salat.

Wonderful terrace with fans to cool you off, professional and friendly service, fantastic fresh food ( home made delicious gnocchi). The waiter was working a full terrace and still took the time to ask if everything was OK. Highly recommend, even during midday.

We walked all of Kaštel seafront before returning to this restaurant; a great choice. A really friendly, attentive waitress Evana, recommended the menu of the day off the board: the veal was beautifully cooked and tasted delicious. The cod stew was oozing flavours. We loved both. At only 70 Kuna each, we were delighted. Highly recommended.
Walked around trying to figure out what I want for dinner and ended up here (got tired of walking). I ended up getting their Veal Risotto and it was fabulous. The bread that came with it was warm and fresh out of the oven it seemed. Portion was quite large and although I absolutely loved it I was not able to finish it all.The waiter was friendly and very attentive. Would absolutely recommend this place
Food and drinks: good! Beef steak is great, fried squids are oke. Definitely go for a dessert. Service was ok.
In my two weeks trip in Croatia I have been to several restaurants in split and Kaštela - this one is the best. Best taste, big portions and cheap prices. The service is also very friendly. If you are nearby you have to check it out! I would personally recommend the tuna steak and the garlic bread.

The restaurant tends to get quite stuffed, probably due to its prime location. The seafood on the Pizza Lanterna was barely noticeable and while the pizza tasted really good, I'd like to taste what is pointed out in the menu. Thankfully, the waiter was kind and welcoming.

Lovely place! The waiters are friendly, food is delicious and the view is beautiful. They also have breakfast menu which is nice. We visited this place regularly.
