Lufthansa First Class Terminal

They don't call them losehansa for nothing. Late for the connection flight, no apologies not even courteous smile. Very poor English speaking, telling different stories .. and on top of that extremely poor organization of shuttles and hotels, you should find everything by yourself. They changed the ticket without asking blaming me for being late despite taking full responsibility for their flight. You should really shut down the company with such a poor service. Disgraceful!

First class once: I stood out among the regular frequent flyers and thoroughly enjoyed it.In first class from Frankfurt to Mexico City, I came from Budapest and flew to Honduras (2022) for diving.First take a shower and then let me cook for you, that's how the day really starts. You benefit from these many services yourself, save time, find peace, and almost feel like a VIP, if one of the lions from the TV show of the same name wasn't already sitting at the next table. We wished each other good morning and then went our separate ways. You can then get to the flight with the Lufthansa chauffeur service, drive directly to the plane in a Porsche Cayenne or Porsche Panamera, get a nice souvenir photo if necessary and be guided past the waiting passengers. So you can't pay more attention to go on vacation in a relaxed manner.Yes, who wouldn't like to have a life like that, it was always exciting for me. It was so cheap, especially after Corona, but now it is almost unattainable.

The Lufthansa First Class Terminal is very convenient for frequent flyers. You have a dedicated drop-off zone, also with valet parking option. The front desk staff is always very welcoming and supportive for any questions related to the flight or check-in. Most of the times, I didn't experience any waiting times for check-in and security check. After security, you enter a large lounge area with restaurant, working and bathroom facilities. For kids you also find a small playground area. The service staff of the bar and restaurant is always very kind and helpful. For food you can choose from a buffet, regular menu and monthly changing specials. Once your flight is ready for boarding, you get a notification by a staff member to go down to your driver who takes you to the airplane by car. We always enjoy our trips starting at the First Class Terminal and appreciate the service and atmosphere (even though, there are times when it is very crowded - but then it might be even more crowded in the regular terminal).

Had another stellar experience at Lufthansa's First Class Terminal in Frankfurt. Even though the lounge was bustling, the staff provided exceptional service, ensuring a smooth and pleasant visit. A well-deserved 5-star rating for their consistent performance. Highly recommended for a comfortable start to your journey.

This place is phenomenal. We booked a layover in Frankfurt just to experience this. Everything from the private security check in, dining, beds, shower, service was excellent. The private car to your plane is also very special. Lufthansa knows what they are doing. Also don’t forget your rubber duck! ❤️🦆

Private security and car ride to the plane is pretty darn cool. The lounge is fully equipped with showers, sleep areas, and food options. There is also a smoking section. Only complaint is it can get cramped and food isn’t great.

If you are landing and get the Porsche to take you directly - pretty awesome experience, great lounge, bespoke service and food/drinks. But if you are coming in from the Domestic terminal, it's quite confusing to get to, you literally exit the terminal and walk 15 mins outside to a not very well marked building. There should be a service from the Domestic terminal to take you there - but alas all was forgotten when it was my time to board and the Porsche took me directly to my plane...

The PERFECT place to wait for your first class flight. The amenities can be seen from the web page so I will only point out what struck me: An amazing rum-bar including 30y/o rums, 20y/o Colombian rum ... absolutely delicious and a must for the pure rum connoisseur. The personal assistance is unique, security and border check are taken care of and totally separate just for first class - THIS is how jet travel should begin.

Always worth it when leaving from FRA and even when connecting if you got the time to walk there. Food is top notch and coffee decent. Service is incredible you will be driven to your plane at the perfect moment, not wasting time at the gate. Only weird inconsistency is the magazine selection. Newspapers is good but magazines are meh and lacking basics like The Economist. But overall excellent!

The Lufthansa First Class Terminal is located separate from the main terminals. This means that in practice, it is a departure terminal. You can access it from the main terminals by exiting the front, following signs to the taxi stand off to the left, then continuing past. I've been there twice, once in 2019 and once a few days ago, and it really hasn't changed. The Good: there seems to be sufficient seating. It is very well-staffed, and the staff members are willing to go well out of their way to keep you comfortable. Selection of beverages, including liquors, is excellent, and there's both a buffet and a la carte option for food; I've only ever had a handful of items from the buffet line because the aircraft keep me well-fed, but they seem to have this in order. They have very comfortable private shower rooms, and clean and private bathrooms. Limo service to your departing flight is both convenient and luxurious. The Not-So-Good: so let's get it straight, there's nothing bad here. But as a luxury service, it must get graded accordingly. First, there should be access from the main terminal, whether it's getting picked up at the plane or something more mundane like at least a dedicated covered walkway; which being a departure terminal is fine for Germans in the Frankfurt area, it's rather inconvenient to reach for those taking a connecting flight. Also, there need to be more than two sleeping rooms; while once again this reflects its status as a departure terminal, they should make up their mind as to whether to have 0, or something more realistic like 6-8. That's about it though.

Awesome as usual. They are fully up and running and have no COVID-19 restrictions. Full food service including buffet. From getting your baggage our of the car, to private check-in and security, they offer service to an extreme level of detail. The food and drink service and quality were top-notch. I took a nap after my meal prior to being chauffeured directly to the plane.

Great lounge, exclusive and with premium offering of food and drinks. Access is restricted to only Lufthansa or Swiss air First class passengers traveling on same day of departure and departing from Frankfurt airport. This makes it very exclusive and enjoyable. And no Gold star alliance members do no get access here.

Top notch first class experience. This place does it right and it’s clear they’ve put a good deal of thought into their customer experience. From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and looked after. They assign a specific host to each guest to manage your experience. Food was great and their bar makes you ponder, “will anyone miss me if I accidentally miss this flight?” They have private rooms to sleep in, although somewhat difficult to get. I fly private a lot and this is a very comparable experience. It’s a private terminal. You by-pass the airport all together from start to finish. They drive you to the plane. It’s not usually a busy or crowded place so you have your space and solace. Worth every penny!

Very pleasant place to wait for your next flight. The lounge offers dedicated security screening and customs so you don’t have to worry before boarding your flight.2 rooms are offered to get some sleep and complete showers with bathtub as well.Only reason why not giving 5 stars is since staff should be better trained in how to handle COVID requirements for next destination. (That was a headache, since I’m aware of international travel; I was able to get out from that issue)Overall, good food & drinks and it is very quiet.

Frankfurt Airport is not the place you want to be in transit. But the First Class Terminal is an experience you don't want to miss. Friendly, competent and helpful staff, going the extra mile, an excellent restaurant and in general a place to relax before a long haul flight. A place to return to

This is one of two first class lounges at Zurich Airport. To visit the lounge you can either take a shuttle from the first class lounge in the main terminal, or access the E terminal via the airport train, both of course providing you have a first class ticket or possess the Lufthansa HON level. The lounge was awarded “best first class lounge in the world” by Skytrax in 2022. We can understand why.The interior is exquisite, featuring lots of wood and leather seats. It has comfortable couches for reading and relaxing. In the dining area it has four booths adjacent to the bar that seat up to four people, and in the other dining section there are tables for two and four. The lighting is very nice and makes for a relaxed and stress-free stay in the lounge. The bar is well assorted and the bartender was very open to trying some of our favorite cocktails. The bar features Swiss specialties such as local gins, local beers, and of course Swiss wines. The bar also has a nice champagne and wine selection from other countries than Switzerland. Compared to the Lufthansa first class lounges, this Swiss Air lounge features far better wines. The same goes for the food. The menu is excellent and features options for every taste and preference, including vegetarian options. We tried several appetizers and main courses and were very happy with the quality, taste, and presentation. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We were seated immediately and served water while getting comfortable in our seats. The staff gave good recommendations and asked if we had any allergies. After taking our orders the food was served very promptly, which of course is important if your boarding is coming up. There are no boarding announcements so you need to keep track of your boarding time. There are monitors by the entrance, and the staff at the entrance will also check any changes in your flight schedule. When it is time to board you simply take the elevators to the boarding level of the terminal. After a short walk you will be at your gate, where you of course get to board first.Location: 5/5Ambience: 5/5Staff: 5/5Drinks: 5/5Food: 5/5Price/quality: 5/5 (yes, a first class ticket is expensive but the quality of the experience matches the price)

Absolutely incredible service and experience. It’s everything folks have talked about and more. It’s almost too much. After working, taking a nap, having a cigar, drinking whatever you want, and eating delectable food, your personal assistant will let you know when to get checked in with the first class ticket agent (down a flight of stairs from where you are) before you are chauffeured to the plane in a Porsche, and then you board. No fussing with millions of poor souls. In this era of COVID, it’s especially wunderbar.Quick tip. After baggage claim in arrivals, walk outside and turn left and walk about 5-7 minutes, and you’ll see the first class terminal/ lounge.

Staff was extraordinarily helpful with some urgent circumstances, with truly first class service. Offerings in terms of food are reduced from what was there before due to the pandemic, but the personal service remains. Thank you!
