Thai Niyom Cuisine

Gerne einmal wieder.

There were more customers than expected at 6pm. Fortunately, there were seats at the bar. The environment was average, but the service was good. The roasted pork neck is refreshing, sweet and slightly burnt, and the roasted chicken is also tender and seasoned. The stir-fried minced pork tastes spicy, not rich and relatively average. The meat of the squid in mayonnaise is refreshing but not tough, the seasoning is sweet but not greasy, and the stir-fried sprouts have an average texture and taste. The snack platter is the most outstanding. The fried pork in the middle is rich in texture, and the sausages are seasoned with different kinds of herbs, giving it a special taste. The total price including beer, soda and coconut water is about 3000baht.

It is a restaurant with a street food atmosphere in Thailand. The food tastes good and delicious. Suitable for foreigners or Thais as a side dish or as a single dish. Can cook very delicious food. Recommend.

Haha! Another Michelin restaurant I felt terrible. This was definitely the worst Khao Soi I ever had in Bangkok, and this was the most expensive Khao Soi I had in Bangkok! Isn’t it ridiculous? Where was the courage of the restaurant came from? Trust me, if you like Khao Soi, never come here.

Very bad experience, they served us what we didn’t order, and they insist us to pay for that. Very disappointed!!

Located a 6-8min walk to Nana BTS station and surrounded by bars and restaurants, our hotel was accessible and convenient. We are only a few stops away from the shopping district at all times.Despite the red light district and bar density, we had a soundproof room. Our rooms were always tidied up daily by the staff when we went out in the morning. However, some of our requests, such as a change in room slippers, were forgotten. The roof pool and bar are also pretty good - the mango sticky rice cocktail was fun. We would recommend this hotel for its good location.

Busy spot with great, traditional takes on Thai cuisine from throughout the land of smiles. A large menu that we have been working our way through, and have not once been disappointed.

Thai NiyomGreat place to sample an array of Thai food from different regions, and some with their special Niyom interpretation. Flavors can be unapologetically spicy. We liked their Khajiew Foo with Pork Crackling RelishThe Damage (no drinks): THB 600-1,000 for two~~TRY🥰:// Kaow Soi// Khajiew Foo with Pork Crackling Relish// Wagyu Skirt Steak

An average eatery IMHO. I heard that this place was a Bib Gourmand, but I think the prices are a bit high to warrant that designation. The highlights for me were the pork neck, wagyu skirt steak, and Chinese kale with salted fish. The other dishes we tried were just average. Their appetizer sampler was mediocre and their "famous" omelette was just crunchy and way too oily. I've had much better food from the numerous food halls nearby for a fraction of the cost. Also, service was not very good or attentive and that's with a 10% service charge. I was expecting more from this place, but left disappointed.

Delicious Thai food recommended by a local. We enjoyed every dish and ended up ordering a second round of food! We ordered way more than my photos showed. Pretty reasonable pricing too.
This is our third visit to the restaurant. Delicious food, good taste, full flavor, typical of northern Thai food. Highly recommend. We’re waited a long time for food. Our food comes out one by one and between each dish is quite long. Service could be more a bit friendly, Overall we did have time diners.

A cozy small restaurant with delicious thai foods. The portion size is very big, the price is around 300-500THB/dishes. A group of 4 people with just around 2,400THB.🔥The food is quite delicious and spicy, just let the waiter know to make it less spicy.🇹🇭The ambience is quite nice with colorful wooden furnishings. The restaurant is quite small tho, hence if you go with large group of people, you may reconsider.Love the food here ❤️ hope to revisit soon.

Ordered the crispy Thai omelet and ground pork papaya stir fry.Papaya dish was unique, nicely prepared. The omelet, on the other hand, was an oily mess. No flavor. Just an omelette swimming in a puddle of oil. Adding sriracha did not help it. And Sticking “Michelin” on it felt scammy.Overrated and pricey.

5 stars rating is for the food and the people who work back there in the kitchen. They cooked so well and did fantastic job. There are so many things on their menu!! We plan to try new dishes every time we come back here and so far all of them are DELICIOUS ♥️ I recommend หมูทอดกาดหลวง and Wagyu fried rice because we reordered them. (Yummmm 😋)Despite wonderful and flavorful food, service was not so great and not so responsive. They did their job well enough, but they clearly showed that they didn’t like their job (my assumption). There are plenty of parking spots and when you stamp the parking ticket, it will be free for only one hour.

This was a deeply disappointing experience. I picked one of dishes described as "Michelin recommended" and it was barely edible because of how ridiculously spicy it was. I have lived in Thailand for years now and I enjoy spicy dishes a lot, but this was way too much. I wasn't even able to taste if my seafood was good quality, because spicy is all you could feel, it killed all the other flavors. Not sure if this is the case with all the dishes at this place, but this was a disaster. Also, the portion was small for the price. To sum up, other restaurants in the area have definitely more to offer and are more tasty. No idea how this place got Michellin recognition 🙁

This is a great food place with an extensive menu! The food comes quickly and is delicious but remember to ask for mild if your dish has chilli! They have a cool interior and accept walk ins until 8pm. Some items they said they don’t do anymore like the crab roll and the coconut tea which was a disappointment. I would recommend the pad Thai, fried rice dishes and the roti here is amazing. The smoked coconut drink is also so good. Price range bit higher than average but the restaurant has won awards.

The crispy omelette was probably the worst dish I've ever had in Thailand. It was oily and flavourless - practically inedible. Which I was happy to share with the staff who completely ignored the feedback. No courtesy, apology or anything. Shameless in today's competitive restaurant landscape, especially as their prices are already above average. Skip this overhyped place and instead, go for some much better restaurants with more human staff in the area.

A nice place to work and catch up with friends over breakfast or brunch. They also offer beer, craft beer (which I rarely see available at the supermarket), and wines. Cash, QR code, and credit cards are accepted.

Delicious Thai food packed with spice and flavour. The omelette was executed perfectly, so crispy on outside but yet soft inside? How do they do it!? Pad krapao was a bit too spicy and peppery, and the seafood tomyum fried rice lacked that “wok-charred” flavour, but overall still a fabulous meal.

Very local Bangkok restaurant. Northern Thai / Lao menu, quaint place, very inexpensive. Five minutes' walk from Ploen Chit BTS station.

Came here twice. 1st was the pork fried rice which was really good. 2nd visit is their infamous Michelin dish, which isn't too bad. Kinda salty which I drank a whole lot after. Coconut ice cream was great! Would come again.

The most difficult was looking for the eatery. Otherwise it was pure indulgence. The melinjo leaves omelette, seafood cooked with garlic, chillies and Thai herbs are delicious. Chefs, feather on your caps👍👍

Good quality food with polite and hard working staff. The Tom Yum with Sea Bass and some steamed rice was sour and tasty, but it could have done with some more chilli! Perhaps some condiments on the table would have helped.

Ordered the Chiangmai combo, as recommended in the Michelin guide. Got the Pad Thai and coconut ice cream.Overall food was fresh and a little spicy but an explosion of Thai flavor. Nevertheless certain ingredients should be explained:Banana fruit leaves were included in Pad Thai and they were quite tasteless and leaving me scratching my head as to what they were for.The Chiangmai combo had the chili paste/dipping sauce which I didn’t know what it was until I asked. This chili paste was bitter and hard to swallow. It also had green tomato that looked like a flower and was rather tasteless as well.Overall four star: was expecting more for the price, which is similar to what another Thai but one starred Michelin restaurant in Bangkok charges. Also, lack of explanation in the menu is not helpful. However food was fresh and service was decent. Coconut ice cream was delectable.

We ate a lot and i drank 2 drafts and 1 big Kirin. Overall service was pretty good. We felt price was fair too. We ate at lunch time. Total 8 people at that time.Although they advertise yakitori, they actually do not serve yakitori. Waitress told us it takes too long. We didnt like the sushi rolls or the bacon dish. But we did like the shishamo, beef dishes, katsu curry, karage and most other dishes. We would go back. But we wanted grilled meats as advertised, but there were none. So we wont rush back.

Heaven for spicy food lovers. Authentic northern Thai style food. Will be six stars if beer can be served
