Das Thongsmith Siamese Boat Noodles ist auch neu und war immer sehr gut besucht, es wird hier auch vor dem Shop bestuhlt und inzwischen werden auch Plätze im Nachbarshop genutzt. Es gibt hier sehr gute und authentische ‘Boat Noodle Soup’. Man kann aus verschieden Einlagen wählen (ich geh am liebsten für die Beef Lounge 😉 ), dann kann man noch wählen was man für Nudeln möchte (ich am liebsten die egg) und noch den Schärfegrad angeben. Erinnert etwas an Ramen von der Auswahl her. Dann gibt es noch diverse Beilagen (crackling Porkskin) und Appetizers. Alles sehr lecker, daher auch immer sehr busy.
Let's just say that you haven't been here before, you are missing out big time. Go for egg noodles, soup, level 2 spicy and with wagyu beef. Imo the best combo
Homey & comfortable place to dine in, albeit just having a limited number of seats.However I noticed that their dessert/ drinks store was just next door.Personally, I like the Level 2 spicy on the boat noodles (went for egg noodles), taste was great. Wished the soup could be a little more though.The ice-blended chrysanthemum was a little sweet for our liking. But the pandan drink was great for killing the heat.
One of the best Thai boat noodle in my opinion. If you can’t handle spicy, not recommended to try this place. Lvl 1 of spiciness is enough and you can add more chilli if you want later.
Great restaurant in a shopping center to eat noodle soup. The dish can be customized in any way by placing the crosses on the menu, I must say that even by choosing the minimum amount of spiciness it was very spicy for my tastes. Honest prices.
I love Boat Noodle, and Thongsmith is one of the best! They offer a variety of meat choices to customize your boat noodle. They also have a great selection of Thai herbal drinks and desserts. I will definitely go back for more!
Popular boat noodle franchise with an array of outlets across various parts of Bangkok. Portions are of a good size and it is great being able to select your preferred type of noodles and spiciness level. Overall quality and taste of the appetisers, mains, dessert and beverages was of a high level. The outlet we visited is located in Central Embassy Mall on level 5. Definitely worth a try!
Best boat noodle in Bangkok! Visited here on Friday afternoon around 14:00, waited around 10-15mins to get in. Beef was fantastically great quality, super tender! Soup is better than dry noodle
Dishes are fresh and of high quality. Worth the price. Could be a tad pricey compared to street food. However, the cleaniness, service and food quality more than makes up the difference in pricing.
Is a busy and popular restaurant, there is always a queue. All their boat noodles dishes are really delicious, have to try their wagyu beef option, although is more expensive.
Popular up scales Beef noodles restaurant in shopping malls. No doubt why people love coming here. High quality ingredients, very tasty broth.We order 2 beef noodles add 2 beef tongues as side dishes, 1 pork noodles, 1 fries bananas and 1 glass jelly as desserts.Noodles were delicious, the meats were tender, the boat-noodle broths were so good. Fried banana was surprisingly good. The restaurant was clean and the services were well-organized.I love beef noodles and I went to as many popular restaurants as I can with the price from THB 60 to THB 300 per bowl. I am telling you, THB 300+ per head here is worth your money because with the quality of the ingredients with good portion and great service will make you come back.

Very luxurious boat noodles with Austrailian wagu ripeye. Soup is strong with meat flavors. Because this is located at the luxury shopping mall, it is very cozy.
Probably the best boat noodles I’ve tasted. My favorite is fried Wontons, so crispy yet a lot of flavor in the meat and for noodles my favorite is E6 - Slice kurobuta pork and braised crescent Bone with egg noodles. For the drink I could recommend Thai milk tea. So flavorful and not too sweet like in many other places.The service is fast and the staffs are always smiling.
Awesome flavourful boat noodles. Noodles go well with the thick rich broth and good servings of meat, veggies and herbs. Thai milk tea was very milky and rich too. This meal is about 700 baht, on the higher end as shop is located at an upscale mall. Reasonable since we get good quality food.
Yummy boat noodles with mouth watering broth and tender beef. The crispy pork fat is so good to add into the bowl for extra crunch! Well worth the premium price tag. They have options for spice levels and with or without noodles and types of noodles so you can customise your bowl!
No queue at 10am on Sunday. My go to noodles shop when I’m in town. Very consistent boat noodles, a little more expensive but don’t forget to factor in the effort to travel, queue and size of the cheaper noodles.
First time trying boat noodles and very much enjoyed it, I went for the sliced beef and beef ball with soup. The broth was rich and delicious and it still had a nice kick despite me choosing the 'one chilli' option (there is an even less spicy option available). I would recommend buying some pork crackling and leaving some to soak in the broth before eating them, they absorb the flavours well. I also ordered some pork balls which came with a tasty chilli sauce/jam accompaniment.The service was very quick despite it being very busy (I visited on a Friday night), the menu is one of those where you tick off what you want which can be easier if, like me, your Thai is limited.I obviously can't comment on whether the extra cost is worth it when compared with boat noodles at street food stalls etc, but I plan to try them soon enough and will update the review when/if I do.
Excellent noodle soup (I had the one with three different kinds of pork meat) and coconut ice cream with the topping of your choice. Friendly and swift service.
The best of all the 'high end' boat noodles that you will find in the shopping malls. If you can't eat spicy then better not to order anything over one chili as even the medium spicy option can be quite spicy. Definitely must try for tourist to compare the taste with street food boat noodles.
I had my reservations as to the quality of this restaurant given its proximity to the adult themed bars on Soi 4 - however, don’t be discouraged making your way here. The quality of food is exceptional, without doubt the best meal thus far in Bangkok - and I am a particularly fussy when it comes to quality of ingredients, taste and cleanliness. We were the only diners upon arriving around 7:30pm and just a few locals arrived around 8 - how can this be! In Australia there would be a line around the corner for food this good. Highly recommend and we’re already planning another meal here before flying home on the weekend.
