Nachdem wir bei einem der letzten Besuche bereits das Nami (Tepanyaki) besucht haben, habe dieses mal das TSU nebenan probiert. Das TSU ist ein upperclass Sushi Lokal bei dem man fast alles bekommt (außer die Hornmuscheln 😉 ). Also gab es mal wieder Yellowfin und Toro als Sashimi. Also Sushi habe ich die beiden Aal-Varianten genommen und Uni (schon ewig nicht mehr gehabt, ebenso wie den Toro). Der Toro war sehr lecker (auch wenn die § Stücke schon hart an der Grenze sind (sehr fettig halt, aber saulecker). Dazu gab es noch ein kleines Fläschchen vom guten Daijingo Sake. Das war bis jetzt glaube ich mein teuerstes Essen in Bangkok.

On the occasion of this anniversary, they will be offering the 5 Senses menu for 5 consecutive months, starting from this month as the first month.The first month will start with a set. 'Sight/Vision' or vision comes with 4 savory dishes and desserts for us to choose from, starting with 'Hassun' including delicious appetizers such as sesame tofu, vegetables topped with soy sauce jelly, grilled sweet eggs, shrimp. Fried and salmon tartar, 'Assorted Sashimi & Sushi', a great idea dish that was thought of so that customers who come alone and want to eat both raw fish and sushi can order this combination dish and feel full and comfortable, 'Hamachi Hot Pot Yuzu Flavor' fish Hot pot hamachi with the refreshing aroma of yuzu, 'Miyazaki Wagyu Sukini', beautiful Miyazaki Wagyu beef cooked with Sukiyaki-style sauce, definitely satisfying. And finish with the dessert 'Japanese Parfait', a large parfait menu. The machine is tightly packed. Including strawberry, mango, melon, warabimochi, red bean, and green tea ice cream.For those who want to eat a variety of dishes, there is also the restaurant's famous premium buffet to choose from as well. (The buffet is available from Mon. - Fri. for dinner.) The food will be ordered a la carte and served at the table. The menu is very diverse, including sashimi, sushi with very fresh fish, and large pieces of grilled eel. Thick Grilled Salmon The tempura is crispy and delicious. I secretly recommend the fried Oysrter with miso sauce. It's really good. The big, thick pieces go well with the sauce. What about soba with green tea noodles sent straight from Kyoto? Fragrant shabu shabu and a variety of delicious menus, plus you can sit for a long time until the restaurant closes.
The atmosphere is quiet and good.Good food quality The fish sashimi buffet menu only had salmon and tuna.
I would definitely be back to this restaurant if I want good quality and fresh sushi. The menu was not too big, which is good because it's rare for a large menu to have consistently good items. The wine selection was okay. The service was outstanding; the staff was very attentive. However, the ambiance lacked some atmosphere. I would say it is more suited for a business lunch/dinner or a quick stop for fresh sushi.Moreover, they have a great deal with their all-you-can-eat menu. I would like to mention they also offer a teppanyaki option. Overall, we enjoyed our time and food.
I apologise to the chefs, it’s obvious they work very hard and with great skill and diligence; the problems with this restaurant all relate to management (bad management).First, the value. Several dishes were nothing like the picture in the menu. The deep fried “prawns” pictured look like King Prawns. What we got was something like “whitebait” each prawn around 1-2 cms long. Another dish, the salmon, again was tiny compared to the price and picture in the menu. To me, these are issues created by a manager/owner trying to cut costs. Next problem, we were given a dish I never ordered. Sure enough, it was added to the bill. Finally: when they deliver the bill, the waitress stood over me. Just like in a dive nightclub where prices are inflated and they are basically robbing you. This is poor form and not the service I expect for this price. You are supposed to leave the bill and allow the customer to CHECK it. Perhaps you don’t want it checked?While I am on the topic of service: it’s very obvious the restaurant is empty when we arrive, we can see the empty tables. Why do we have to play the silly game of “oh, you don’t have a reservation” then pretend to check your non existent bookings. We were there for over 1 hour: not one single additional table arrived. You had no bookings.For two people we paid in excess of 6000THB [at the time, est $280 AUD]. Food was hit and miss, for reasons I attribute to the management cutting costs, rather than the chefs. I felt deceived and humiliated by this experience. Best avoid this place! Save your money.
Deenah is the absolute sweetest person. She was such a joy! Very knowledgeable about gluten-free, and they even had gluten-free soy sauce! And the sushi was fantastic!
Recently dined at Tsu Japanese Restaurant and was impressed by the freshness and high quality of their ingredients.The staff were exceptionally attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The lunch set menu is a great value for the quality of food.However, it's worth noting that the open ambience might get a bit loud, especially for larger groups.Overall, a fantastic spot for delicious Japanese cuisine with top-notch ingredients and attentive service!.
It was a happy dinner. and the food is very good raw material freshness appearance of each dish Delicious food, mouth-watering flavors and a great birthday party. The only flaw is There may be insufficient number of employees in the service in the event that there are many people using the service.

Nice atmosphere! Very attentive staff. The ingredients are fresh. The food tastes good. There are many layer of taste in different dish.
Love the A4 saga beef very much. All the food taste delicious and fresh. It’s costly but worth the quality. Services are nice too and we like the way they set table to have some distance between one another. We used e-voucher of club Marriott member to get 50% discount this time. Enjoy family meal together here.

The food is ok but way overpriced. The fish is very fresh, it's not the problem. I've been there because of 50% promotion and once the bill was presented there was a 300 baht sur service charge. The service charge was calculated on the full price... Which make the service charge more than 15% (and there is tax to finish you off).
