Da ich dieses mal erst Sonntags auf den Long-Haul gehe, wollte ich schon tags zuvor an ein Hotel am Flughafen wechseln. Es gibt dort auch ein Radisson direkt am Flughafen. Leider hatte ich nicht richtig geschaut beim buchen und nur Arlanda gelesen. Wollte also am Terminal Hotel einchecken und musste feststellen das ich im falschen Hotel bin :D. Dann mit dem Bus ins richtige Hotel gefahren und dort eingecheckt. Gegenüber war das 747 Hotel, wenn ich gewusst hätte das ich eh außerhalb bin, wäre ich dort hingegangen. Shit Happens, also nicht ganz so viel gewonnen wie gedacht aber trotzdem einiges an Zeit am Morgen gespart. Zimmer war recht klein, aber für den Zweck in Ordnung.
We booked a family room (two adults, three children). Wasn't going to fly, but just visited Stockholm.We liked the room very much! Spacious for the kids to run wild, two bathrooms (one with a bath) which is perfect! Bunk bed for the oldest 👍🏼 and cute old cot for baby. The breakfast had everything you could want and LOTS of cakes and buns so the children were happy.The location is not very cozy BUT it was a bit cool to live by the airport so that's a plus.However, we had a negative experience, there was a blockage in the drain under the bathtub so water gushed straight into the bathroom and later into the hall as there was no drain on the floor. It couldn't flow back as there was a high strip under the tub by the drain either so the water stayed on the floor. 🤷🏻♀️Apart from that, it was a very good hotel.
Tiny room. Even tinier bathroom. Good location for an overnight stay. Good food and bar
A tranquil and relaxing hotel, with very kind and service-minded staff. An excellent choice for the early flight, missed connection or late arrival. Warmly recommended.
No working TV, no soap, no heat, hard to get the door open, a constant noise from the pipes. Otherwise an exciting experience.
I think that in a Swedish hotel, breakfast should be included in the room price. Always.
They charged for parking even though we stated: no car much hassle to get tbx SEK 859Restaurant too expensive, nice pool, small but nice rooms. Very nice breakfast. Good shuttle bus traffic

Nice place to spend a night prior to a flight. Very convenient free bus shuttle (yellow to P3) running about every 10 minutes stopping right in front of the hotel. Great breakfast and nice refurbished rooms.
That was absolutely great experience to stay out there.Very well decorated large room which is very clean.Location is not the best as it's an airport hotel.Bar closes at 23.00 and it's surprising as passengers might be checking in and/or checking out any time of the day.Breakfast is alright with kind service staff.And the front desk staffs are great as they are friendly, smiling and problem solvers.Very clean, very nice decorated, fabulous staff but early closing bar and a bad location as it's very far from city.
High-end hotel with professional staff. The parking is not free. Was great to receive a room with plane view 😊. Clean room, great bar, great bed. Overall a good location and price. Be aware to attend breakfast in a good time. Great Irish coffee at the bar.
Awesome airport hotel: Right next to the car rental return. The staff, especially at the reception, was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, had also a good traditional Swedish dinner. All the rest, wifi, cleanliness, rooms, etc. was also super. I will gladly return.
Very convenient hotel with quick shuttle to ARN for early flight. Rooms are nice but many feature air-conditioners that cannot be controlled by guests. My room was too cold so a staff member moved me to a room where I could turn off A/C. Rooms are comfortable, a little noisy (slamming doors) and have nice bathrooms.
Radisson maintains rather a strange system. I booked this hotel for one night on the radisson app, which instantly upgraded my booking from standard room to superior room. However, upon my arrival, the front desk chose not to honor the upgrade by stating that those 'superior rooms' are meant for 'superior' guests. I am a Radisson Gold reward member, who is supposed to get a 'a gift' upon arrival, complimentary water and discount on food and beverages, none of which were honored. Hilton on the other hand takes pride in respecting and taking care of their premium guests, Radisson has no clue. Otherwise, the hotel looks fine, but the rooms are really on a smaller side. I would generously give a 2.5star rating for the hotel and the room and a complete 0 star for its service. If you are looking for a cheap hotel near the airport, this is the place, but if you want good service, then probably I would advise you to avoid it.
Perfect if you need to be near the airport. Easy free rides from and to the airport with the bus that connects the Terminals with the Rental Car parking. At the hotel you have everything: it’s clean, quiet, good facilities to relax and rest.Special mention to Murat at the reception, who is very kind!
Very convenient location easily accessible with shuttle very frequent just 5 min from terminals.Very nice and appreciated swimming pool 🏊♂️ after a long day.Sauna and fitness room also available and surrounding to go running outside.Rooms are very quiet, lifts very quick and efficient and great breakfast. 👍
My room was super mini , couldn't find a place to open my big suitcase.Besides I feel the shampoo and shower gel bottles are too high in shower room.All employees are very professional and working fast!Beautiful ground floor! very modern!
It's actually a nice place, but I booked it by mistake and they didn't let me cancel it.I wanted to book a different hotel, but their website for booking directly was not working. I switched to booking.com which apparently thought it was a good idea to send me to a different hotel.So today I had to leave the place at 5:30AM.I mean it's a lovely place, lovely staff, I heard there's a pool and a gym, price was fair, but not really, since you need 2 tickets to use the train, accounting for this makes these hotels the most expensive in the region. The whole experience felt like a scam. I didn't want to book this hotel.You won't let me cancel it? Fine, screw you too. 1 star.
