So, mal wieder etwas einfaches zum Essen, Ramen (geht eigentlich immer). Das Bari-Uma ist auch im Pavilion, im Seitenflügel im 7. Stock. Das ist nicht so ganz einfach zu finden, wenn man nur weis das es im 7 Stock ist. Bei den höheren Stockwerken kann man nicht mehr so einfach zwischen den Gebäudeflügeln wechseln. Das Restaurant sieht auch recht unscheinbar aus. Also Ramen und Spicy Gyoza bestellt. Der Ramen kam recht zügig und war auch gut (gut, die Nudeln hätten etwas mehr Biss haben können). Eine Enttäuschung waren aber die Gyoza, die waren nämlich oben noch recht kalt. Eigentlich verbrüht man sich an den Dingern immer den Mund. Das zeigt das die nur noch einmal ‘kurz’ aufgewärmt wurden, was sich auch Geschmacklich negativ ausgewirkt hat. Naja, war eh ein wenig viel.
Lack of manpower in Christmas Eve. Very disappointed service. Calling for twice for refill hot tea but no one serve us. Told us the fried rice not available after order for 10min. However, they still serve the fried rice to other table which come after us after we order the meal. The waitress did not give us a valid reason why the fried rice still can be served for lated customer.Please improve ur management.
I was there on a Friday evening for dinner. It was as crowded as on weekends.I ordered their Ajitama-uma. The ramen broth was rather thick and creamy gelatin feel ( maybe from boiled chicken feet?) The pork belly was nice, not exactly melt in the mouth but tender.They served the egg whole. I guess I was expecting that they served the eggs sliced to show their creamy yolks but that was okay.They ran out of Karaage for the day. I ordered a hot green tea that somehow never arrived. Service was fast.
One of the "Japanese ramen" chain restaurants was mainly seen in the shopping mall , and most of the workers are Bangladesh / Myanmar , so you'll be facing some of the unprofessional from them.Overall , the food tastes just so-so , bland soup , small chashu as in the photo , it's disappointing.
Ramen is really tasty coz I guess too much seasoning (creamy). Not bad but not the best. No option for ramen noodle type but the gyoza tastes really good. Fast service, area is relaxing and peaceful. Reasonable price.
Very good soup. Very thick and creamy. Highly recommended. Just a bit disappointed that they stop serving new customers at 8:50 pm, when they clearly have so few customers.
The ramen broth was good but the star of the meal was the pork belly - it was tender and melt in your mouth. The gyoza was also really good, definitely a good find.
Service 3/5Food 4/5Had my last dinner of 2021 here and the service not ok🥲 I fully understand that they were busy coz it was 31/12 but they only got 1 floor staff for the service so they even closed the outside section.Scanned MySejahtera and standing there for more than 5mins with a bunch of people infront of me standing too. Nobody came to assist me or led me. Then I saw the staff standing inside restaurant leaning on wall. Then when I called her only she came out and said “ You have to queue coz they also queuing “ hello excuse me? Ma’am you could have just said it and let me knew coz I’m not working here of course I don’t know what to do.And the way she spoke with me / served the customers just obviously gave me a feeling of unwillingness. Guess she was too tired coz only her alone doing all the service including welcoming customers, served food to table and taking ordersFood wise is great actually. Not that expensive too compare to other Ramen restaurants. Ramen noodle was really good, not the soft type. The unagi fried rice big portion of unagi too. Yakitori abit dry not good.
I am a ramen lover.If you are looking for a bowl of ramen with thick soup/broth that are full with fragrance pork flavour (non halal), this is the place to go for.The charsiew and egg are perfectly prepared to my liking.My personal preference, i go for the basic pork shoyu broth with egg.Will return for more....😋
