The service line was very slow. The servers were taking ages to complete and bill out customers despite there being 3 of them in the small booth. The food was okay. We had the almond croissant and for the price of 9Rm would have expected some filling inside the croissant which was not there. Taste was otherwise fine.
just don't get it with the bad reviews read from the previous reviewers' comments here. ve tasted it yesterday i found it was super yummmyyy until I forgot to take photo of the croissants tht i had eaten. love the chocolate almond the most!
This must be my favourite pastry place in KL! The staff was super friendly and the place was clean and well maintained. The croissants are super well made as well especially the hazelnut chocolate
Unfortunately, one of your staff sat in your proofer oven with her head leaning at the door, her hair against the door. She was perched on the floor of the proofer cabinet/oven, her body inside it and her head resting on the opened door. This was on Dec 30 and the staff there was a male (packing & cashier), a Malay tudung girl preparing croissant and what looked like an Indian lady in the proofer oven. Maybe she was tired and there was no chair but I am sure the place she rested is for food. It was aluminium and looked like an oven but I think it is where before baking, the croissant was rested and proofed. This surely is against food safety hygiene and standard. My intention highlighting is to request please ensure hygiene standards are adhered to.
The price doesn't match with the quality. It doesn't taste crunchy nur flakey, but chewy and cold. The generic croissant from aeon bakery is tastier and better price.
It's just normal because I like the filling to be split in half so if the filling is just on top, my expectations are curvy. But the choc, raspberry, has a spread on top that's delicious. The cross points are really soft and crispy! 1+✨
the staffs are so rude and disrespectful !!!, also the untasteful crossaint is so small and pricey , definitely not worth the price. Better look for other bakery & pastries shops.
Had bad experience with the same person Aimi Jaafar (total stranger to me) stated in this review. Chinese young lady very rude and very unfriendly. She is serving as though shes very annoyed with me. At least im not asking to buy something that is not for sale. I was just making order. Is it hard to fulfill? If she is not interested to work, dont work there! Is this how Malaysian serve their customers?
Wanted to buy the hazelnut chocolate croissant, and were shouted at "Not for sale! Not for sale!" as if i'm asking that for free?? I want to buy that ffs. And just when I went to pick another flavor, she/he went to proceed with other customer order behind me and just ignoring me. Like I was not there? this staff was sooo rude. BAD BAD SERVICE!I went to OU branch the next day, and manage to buy the hazelnut choc croissant. I really don't understand how you display the flavor if you are not planning to sell them?
The size of the croissants has significantly smaller compared to last time. When ask, they said they had suppliers problem. Though the size has reduced Yet the price still maintained the same. This is the last time i buy here
I don’t have a picture because you know I was too hungry. BUT! My husband bought me a kaya croissant and it was AMAZING!I strongly recommend you guys to try it ❤️
Good to eat it when still crispy and warm. But very troublesome, a lot of flakes comes out and makes dirty.Actually, wanted to buy 3 croissants but they said, no box for 3 pcs and 6pcs can only give a box. But the croissant 1 pc already costs more than $6.80~$11.90 - terribly expensive, taste is okay but I rather prefer Honzu which bigger size, cheaper and a lot variety.
Taste wise not bad, but steep in price. Not all flavor is available. Got a free 1 piece voucher during opening, but the item that's FOC not yet available during purchase... So, should I wait, or forgo?
