Das Morganfields ist eine Restauantkette. Ich habe die im Pavillon besucht, da nur wenig Zeit in der Pause war und das nächste Meeting drängte. Es gab Iberico Baby Back Rips, gepfeffert mit Trüffel-Kartoffelbrei und Krautsalat (wobei die Beilagen eher homeopatisch waren). Die Rips waren nur gepfeffert und nicht in der Marinade (Jack Daniels Glase), die gab es auch extra. Ich finde ja richtige Rips gehören fett mariniert und dann unterm Grill noch etwas karamellisiert, war hier leider nicht so. Die Rips waren trotzdem gut (wenn auch sehr fettig, weshalb ich noch einen Remy brauchte). Warum es ein getrüffeltes Kartoffelpüree braucht, erschließt sich mir auch nicht (war auch zu künstlich). Wie gesagt, alles in allem aber doch annehmbar.
Food not fresh. Terrible quality control. The Chicken wings and prawns are too greasy and tasteless. Lamb and beef ran out of stock to our dismay.
The customer care was so poor and univiting. The waiters were so unconcerned and unbothered. The food came in one at a time. They forgot our orders and had to remind them
For those who want to experience american comfort food and spirits in Kula Lumpur! I highly recommend visiting Morganfield's Signature at the KL Pavilion the staff where friendly and very accomodating to tbe customers.
They do not have the weekday set lunch as advertised on their website. So did not dine here. False advertising!
A huge portion of Fish and chips with only RM30+ definitely worth it. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
The staff is very thoughtful there and the food served was excellent. Did not expect that the food portion was so big as the menu mentioned that it’s mini. We ordered a total of 2 platters for 6 pax and we even can’t finish it.
The mushroom truffle soup is great, bacon scallops surprising small plate but tasty, baby back grill very juicy, must try, duo meat not so surprising.Food serving time is fast while we enter only 2-3 tables. The price is not cheap but worth trying.
There are 10 of us and they let us use their private room which is good as we decided to eat here without doing prior reservation.We ordered different sets of sharing plates. Pork ribs was my favorite, juicy and tender and the taste is on the sweet side. Their side dishes like mashed potato also pretty good.The only hiccup was the beer ordering as we were told can take some first then add more later so can get the promotion price. But in the end were charged 20+10 glass but 30 glass price. Beside this all of their food were good, everyone were enjoyed it.
We had a horrible experience. There were 3 of us, and we ordered 3 items only - baby back ribs, tomatoes and portobello salad. There were only 2 tables with customers, so it was not busy night. After waiting for 25 mins, we asked one the many waitresses chatting away to check on our order. She went to the back and she never came back to us. After 5 mins, we asked for the order to be checked on again, and then the other waitress disappeared. Finally, one other waiter came after 40 mins waiting and he said the system was down, asked that we wait again for another 5 mins. I said if they did not produce the 5 mins we would leave. Unbelievable, the level of ignorance and lack of attentiveness to see that customers have waited for such a long time and didn’t bother to check. Anyway, after about 7 mins the sides arrived first, (the tomatoes were not evenly cooked) before the mains arrived. The waiter eventually came apologised profusely, again explaining there was a problem with their equipment. Which to us was not a good enough reason to let your customers wait for more than 45 mins for food, with no feedback or update. They offered us a 20% discount at the end of evening. While we appreciate the apology, this is still a very pathetic compensation. Please improve your customer service!
Terrible experince ever!!!!I regret i spend our new year in this resturant!!!The food is not nice as before. The xmas stuffed food is 🤮🤮🤮. We didn't eat at all.2nd i order apple juice.. after 10mins my apple juice not arrived yet and i need to followup the waiter only told me no more apple juice!!! And need to change other juice and i asked for watermelon juice, The watermelon juice arrived but have a different taste i didn't finished also to drink. I paid service charge 39rm but the service is 00000. And they in a hurry also!!! I will never go back there ever!!!!!!!!!
We ordered the Mini Jolly Christmas platter. It was good and worth it. The mushrooms is very soft and yummy. Baby Back ribs are tender. Desserts is good too. We were pleased and satisfied with the overall service rendered.
Waited for 1 hour and only the scallop came out. Waited another 15 minutes for the fried chicken and ribs to come out. Super slow service.Food just okay. Iberico ribs is very tender.One male staff in particular is very friendly and apologize for waiting too long.
Best pork ribs intown so far.we ordered a sharing platter for 2, it was 3 slabs of 3 different flavoured slab, sausages.wine selection was good too.Staff was friendly too.
Place with nice ambience, suitable for chatting with friends or coworkers. Menus mainly consist of red meat. I ordered pork ribs and it was very nice.
Been dining here regularly whenever I'm in Kuala Lumpur for my business trip. Good food accompanied by the great environment. Staff are very friendly as well. I'll try a different type of rib every time I visit.Edit (2022 June): place has renovated. Food is still good. Keep up the good work. 👍🏻
Recommend this restaurant 3 signature main course, Lamb Cutlets, Wagyu Strip lions and Iberico Duo Meat Cut Paltter. Super GOOD QUALITY food and Juicy.
Mushroom truffle soup as a starter, Jack baby back ribs are delicious n tender in meat, pork meat patty burger though filling is nicely done. Its morganfield signature restaurant. Nice stopover
Morganfield's in Pavillion is awesome. Tasty foods, good cold beer and good wine selections. The atmosphere is cool and the staffs are so friendly, helpful and attractive 😁
