Irgendwie hatte mich die Auswahl etwas angemacht, vor allem der Pulpo (der war in der Tapas-Bar richtig gut). Also habe ich es halt mal probiert. Ich hätte allerdings gehen sollen als mir der Verkäufer einen Sweetwater-Shrimp als special Lobster verkaufen wollte (der besonders günstig sei, was sich einem bei special nicht so ganz erschließt). Ok, noch Muscheln, Krokodil, Pilze und Auberginen ausgewählt. Der Pulpo war leider zur Unkenntlichkeit zerstückelt und zäh wie Leder. Die Jakobsmuscheln waren unter einer dicken Schicht Knoblauch verborgen. Die Pilze tot-frittiert, hätten eigentlich gegrillt sein sollen. Die Auberginen und das Krokodil waren ok. Der ‚Lobster‘ war eigentlich recht gut, hat es dann aber doch nicht wirklich rausgerissen.
The atmosphere is great! The style of selecting ingredients before cooking is wonderful. The doneness... it's not as delicate as in Japan, but that's because it's a local flavor.

Service was quick and helpful, but for the price the food was a small letdown considering we only had a few sticks. Food was not bad but not worth the price that we paid.
Definitely not recommended.Ordered a few sticks of Lok Lok, had a rough estimation of price of how much will it be. When it was time to pay, I was overcharged, perhaps that is how they charge food for tourist.Nonetheless, food was rather normal.
It’s a bit of a hole in the wall from the front. The person behind the grill was doing a great job cooking all sticks perfectly. Well worth the money. Once the staff had your attention from the street they were very easy going and unforceful to let you choose your food. It’s worth listening to their recommendations of a few different types rather than sticking to what you like. After it’s seasoned and cooked it’s all great to eat.
Use to eat all of this cooked in bbq way. now they force to cook before bbq. they want do it fast but different taste a lot. super not good anymore.Price is okay dont expected cheap in alor area.

If you're vegan or vegetarian this is a great spot. They have different kinds of tofu, broccoli, mushrooms, bok choy and other veggies. You can have them bbq or steamed. The sauces are delicious with a spicy, sweet and peanut to choose from.
The giant river prawn was fresh and amazing, cooked just nice. Chicken satay was really good too, marinated with a special flavor, alot bigger than normal satay just for rm4. The oyster was fresh too but they only had one grill option which is with garlic, I wished they had a cheese option.
