This chain is all over Asia, and I love it. Whenever I get the chance, I try to order their dumplings, xiao long bao, fried rice, and peanut sauce noodles. They’re very fast, the food is delicious and satisfying. If you’re craving Chinese food and don’t want to go wrong, this is the perfect restaurant.
Hmm, I guess I'll just go somewhere else to eat dim sum. I ordered Tom Yum dim sum since I could only eat it here... It was a useless thing. Service charge and tax are charged, but there is nothing better than a food court. It's just that. I was hungry so I did it. 🥲
One of my favorite Taiwanese restaurants, offering contemporary Taiwanese cuisine and specializes in soup dumplings and noodles. My favorite is the red beans buns and they are so good every time. Usually busy but the place is big enough that there is an available table.
Food is good, varied menu catering to different palettes. The dumplings are freshly made coming out steaming hot, adding to the flavor. Noodles are made in house, allowing the firmness of the noodles to go alongside what soup and sauce you order it with. Vegetable dishes are great too.Service may range from poor to average when visiting. During peak rush hour expect some dishes to be delayed.Price is definitely worth for the establishment.
In love with their custard bun😋lava smooth creamy custard filling.Vegetarian Xiao long Bao and vegetable dumpling is a must try.Great ambience for friend gatherings and great food and drinks.
A crowded Indian restaurant in Nana area, and accessible via BTS. Serves 100% vegetarian Indian dishes, specialising in Dosa. Tried the onion pakora, fried papad, samosa, butter cheese dosa, masala dosa & paper masala dosa. All was nicely cooked and the portion is a plenty. Definitely worth to check out if you’re in the area. It can be a bit crowded during dinner time, but they’ve kept the seating area with good distance with each other.
The pork xiao long bao was strangely bland compared to the Taipei and Seattle locations. The superior chicken broth was also bland, but the shrimp and pork wantons in it were good. First time trying the mushroom soup dumplings, they were ok. The crispy prawn cake, lemongrass and salted kumquat juices were really nice. I love the food at din tai fung so this was a puzzling, underwhelming experience. The service and view are good.
3.5 ⭐️Most of their options has pork and they can’t make it with seafood only. Not bad the cucumber salad was the best. And the fried rice. The other dumplings were okay but I wished they had seafood only I tried the veggie ones. The service was good 👍🏻
Super healthy food and great view!!! Love it overall. BUT the drunken chicken is freezing cold, and the morning glory is from temperature: I really dislike such cold food.....They trick you with huge"complementary" food premises, and they they say that a story small symbolism of a credit card means you don't actually get the complementary food.Very cold room.
Overall, this is a great place. Food is tasty even though we were slightly disappointed the last time we visited. The service was a bit hectic, for instance we had to ask for silverware 🍴 after food was on the table. It is also a fairly noisy placeNow, still a good pick if you are craving Chinese food 😉
Ordered 3 soups and 3 kinds of Long Bao dumplings.Hot and sour soup was spiced very well. It contain mostly tofu and a bit of shredded pork but no shrimp. Hong Bao’s hot & sour soup, which contains shrimp, is definitely better. The chicken soup and dumpling soup both use the same tasty chicken-based broth and hit the spot for my soup craving. Also ordered Long bao dumplings in pork, chicken, and crab flavors. The crab wasn’t fresh and had a strong unpleasant fishy taste. Chicken was good ,classic pork is best. Definitely get the Xiao Long Bao pork dumplings. This is what they’re famous for.We got a free deep fried duck meat ravioli that came with standard bottled sweet sauce. It was ok if you like fried stuff.Cost for this meal was 1,530 baht.
Food was good, service was awful! People came after us, got their lunch earlier than ours. When I asked the waitress about the missing dish, no apology, and we waited for another 5 minutes! Miss the branch at Terminal 21 which they have closed!
I personally think that the soup dumplings are delicious. It is facinating that they are hand made. The other meals such as the won ton in spicy vinegar sauce is yummy too. I still think that the soup dumplings are the best. Best soup dumplings I ever had!
Bangkok Seafood Cafe offers a fantastic dining experience with fresh, flavorful seafood dishes in the heart of Bangkok’s vibrant Chinatown. Their grilled river prawns and deep-fried sea bass are absolute must-tries, and the ambiance is lively yet cozy—perfect for a relaxed meal or special occasion. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure every guest feels welcome. Highly recommended for seafood lovers looking for a memorable dining experience.
Food: I was directed here by a local saying that this is where you can get locally priced seafood and the suggestion did not disappoint. There is a HUGE selection of food and drinks here on the menu...and all WITH PICTURES so you know EXACTLY what you're ordering. I've come here multiple times and all the food I ordered was amazing.Service: Service was fast while moderate when it gets busy at night. All the waiters/waitresses that I had gave really good recommendations for food.Atmosphere: Very chill vibes in the morning to early afternoon. At night, sometimes there's a band playing music or singing on the stage.Other comments: No idea why this is relocated on google maps to a different location, but the same Bangkok Seafood is still available when I checked just last week on Sukhumvit Soi 1, but it's been renamed on google maps as Aree Seafood Sukhumvit Soi 1 ( เจ๊อารีย์ ซีฟู้ด สุขุมวิท ซอย 1).
It's a seafood restaurant with very good prices. There are a lot of food on the menu.•Kung Pao is grilled to perfection and fragrant.•Crispy morning glory salad, very enjoyable.•Stir-fried shrimp with delicious tamarind sauce. The crispy noodles served with it are perfectly delicious.•Mango salad with ground fish is very delicious.•Drinks are complete.I really like it. Convenient parking. The shop is in Chao Khun Villa. (next to the canal side)And there are private rooms here too, which is good. Anyone who wants to talk over dinner is very convenient.
We visited this place actually by mistake, but we are thankful we came here. Our fish was so good, and the service was even better. It is a clean and friendly place!
It has a typical night market atmosphere, but it circulates well. The freshness and taste of the seafood wasn't bad.Considering the market atmosphere, there are proper restrooms. Those with hypersensitivity should be courageous and give it a try.
God blessPopular seafood restaurant openTried on recommendationVery beautiful and their food is delicious and freshAnd a solution, A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A LRequested:Fried shrimp 9/10The place is popular for those who care about the viewBut the cleanliness and food are excellent...2023-11-27
Good place. Super busy, nevertheless, food came right away and not in 5 minute intervals...but didn't order anything complex. Chicken wings, great. Mama with egg. Simple and great. Laab beef. Delicious. Mushroom thai soup. How it should be minus a bit of veg. Tom yum chicken and prawn fried rice. Delicious.Music isn't too loud so can talk. Plenty of seats even though busy. Waiters speak English. Although he forgot my mango smoothie bug when he realized sorted it right away. Also decent climate. Very high ceiling with plenty of fans so didn't get the bangkok sweats in non air-conditioned eating. Will come again
Chocked how poor they cooked the seafood. Saw retired working for you so I thought we check it out. However, the salt baked fish was overcooked by far. I am surprised noone has realized that. Prawns slightly overcooked too. Young Chinese kale was old Chinese kale. Nothing special at all. Huge disappointment.
It’s a funny thing to experience different styles of dining in different countries. I’ve just learned to just accept how the staff serves the guests. It always makes the experience better.Nice atmosphere at the restaurant. The food is pricey but the quality is on point.
Offering fresh, mouthwatering seafood at affordable prices, this spot hums with an energetic vibe. Despite the heat of the season, it remains comfortable, thanks to strategically placed fans throughout the venue. The squid had the taste and texture as if it were caught on the very same day. The oysters were a delight - large, succulent, and impeccably fresh. The Som Tam Thai was also expertly prepared, delivering on authenticity. They've made some recent improvements, enhancing the overall experience, and now to our delight, they're open 24 hours. 🙏
Really cool place with excellent vibe and atmosphere. Really well priced for the location also. Their fish and seafood is excellent as well as some of their standard dishes. Open 24 hours too incase you get the midnight munchies!
Awesome fresh seafood at reasonable prices. Papaya salad was extremely spicy however they were kind enough to replace with a less spicy version. Tom yum soup was nice. Mango passion fruit smoothie was great. Overall a nice dining experience. Recommended.
Food: the food is very delicious. hence we came here twice during our short trip 😋.The food we ordered include:grilled sea bass (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️),grilled live river prawns (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️),stir fried clams (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍),Grilled slipper lobsters (⭐️⭐️),Papaya salad (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)Stir fried veggies (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️),Tom yum soup (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️),coconut (⭐️⭐️⭐️),smoothies (⭐️⭐️⭐️),pad Thai (⭐️⭐️⭐️),sauces for food (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍).Portions are average.Service: I would say it is service on call. You need help, you make an eye contact with one of the staffs and signal them to come. They speak some English and are very helpful. The dishes are served very promptly.Environment: the space is huge with 50+ tables and live music at times. It has a local feeling to it! I really enjoy this street food style of eating. I would say don’t expect it to be super clean and organized or you will be very disappointed. Also cats will walk around and eat the leftovers or wait for you to feed them. 😃. Share food with them. This is the place I will for sure come back if I ever return to Bangkok. I hope you like it too.
Friendly people, nice with abit of live music. Couldn't complain at all about the food. There's maybe 6 places under the same name, order at the table and they'll bring everything along from the different vendors.Papaya salad 50, pork with basil 70, soft shell crab 300, two beers 220.Definitely worth checking out.
Perfect place for some seafood and other food (beef, pork). This place gets crowded by locals, so you know it’s good. The prices are listed, no need to haggle.Staff are friendly. The place is kept very clean. The food is excellent. Try the salted grilled fish.
Amazing street food market. Comprehensive menu with all freshly cooked and prepared food. Very reasonably priced too. Cocktails and beer available as well. Recommended.
11-07-22Ordered:-Grilled Sea Bass 350B— must try. Totally worth it. Delicious sauce! Loved the fact there was not many bones.-Clams w Roasted Chili Paste 180B— flavorful sauce. Good combo with rice.-Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetable 130B— ordered with squid, not much squid though.-Thai Papaya Salad 50B— refreshing. Enjoyed it!-Mango Smoothies 50B-Steam Rice 15BYummy food! Ordered to go around 7pm. Plan accordingly, the wait might be 30min for a table. They get pretty busy.Note:Some pictures were on different days. We dined here 3 or 4 times.Happy dining!
Big place with a book as a menu. If they don’t have what you what you can’t get it anywhere. What a choice they have. Our favorite was Tom Yum Friend rice with chicken.
We got garlic lobster, green mussels, grilled seabass and fried rice. They were all just okay. They came with a variety of spicy sauces that were good. The lobster was over cooked and seabass lacked flavor. It’s no frills, with outside seating. Staff was attentive and nice.
Good food and service. There was a problem with the soup they changed it without any hesitation. Fish was very fresh. Atmosphere is nice. Big spaced out area.
A very nice experience! The food was great, it doesn't look like much when you approach but the smell makes you go in. We've returned every day to eat there.
This is street food heaven. There is an astounding array of seafood and authentic Thai food. The price is right, but the drinks are expensive. However, there is a 7-11 there where you can buy your drinks. I had the Pad Thai and the Pat See Ew. Both were out standing. There are friendly hawkers who entice you to sit down and eat. They are so friendly, and the wait staff is great. If you prefer air-con, they have a room. If you prefer to smoke, it is permitted outside. Do not just walk by this place.
Went there on Sat night for dinner.A little crowded but got a table immediately. Thick album menu showing photo and price of items. Ordered a few dishes.Lovely atmosphere with live music.Reasonable prices.Good shelter even though heavy rained. Will come again
Been for second time, after a while, on a Thursday night! The grilled fish is standing out and for some people passing through is the reason to sit and have the meal. The serving was fast but also not many people around (compared to pre-2020) was like a different place.Would say worth the experience for a food in a local fashion.
A great experience. Fresh fish and seafood. Really delicious 😋There are other options if you are not a fan of seafood or fish, like kebab, steak, chicken satay. There is also a variety of drinks and some thai dessert. And the prices are really good and way cheaper than any other seafood restaurant.
Able to dine in or take out. But check your food whether the same as your order. Order 1 set of Italian cheesey mussel but found out back to hotel was wrong. So in a way, I was overcharged. More of a tourist pricing compare the local restaurants. Ideally located.
They open until late so it was an easier option for me to visit and eat late at night. They were good but I know much better places with similoar price so... still go for it if you are nearby late at night.
Excellent place to enjoy the freshest seafood. Due to its high popularity at peak times I recommend coming before 7 p.m. We especially liked the salt crusted grilled sea bass.
The pineapple in the pineapple rice is reused again and again and again. They wash it and fill it again with rice. We noticed when they came to clean the table and the pineapple went to the container of the plates and cutlery. Overall the food was tasty but not hygienic at all.
One of the best places we had dinner in Bangkok. The atmosphere is very nice and authentic, good and kind service. The food is all freshly prepared for you, and the price/quality is really great. Thanks to the team!
Great seafood restaurant, frequented by locals and tourists alike which speaks for itself. The fish is fresh and nicely prepared. Very reasonable prices for the location.
1st trip for work after 2years of lockdowns. the travel was quite unpleasant, but being able to sit outside and get a nice dinner with colleagues was a treat. BBQ fish and prawns with some cold beers is hard to beat
Located at SukhumvitSoi 1, at the entrance of 7/11 this open air restaurant serves all kind of seafood and Thai cuisine. We had fried sea bass, only 300 Baht though a rather small sized dish. Sashimi Salmon, 200 Baht and very fresh prawns BBQ for 400 Baht. Ideal place for a late dinner
Really happy to see this place open again. Last time I was here was in the boom time of 2019. Good service and a big variety of good seafood. Live music too.
Open air seating with plenty of tables for the entire family. A vast seafood menu with English description and photos will great help those that do not read Thai. (Like me). Service was fast friendly and prices were 1/3 to half of any places on Nana soi 4. Example beer here is 90 baht there is 150 baht and the food is similar. I saw a mixture of locals as well as tourist about. The place is not fancy but if you want fast good food at good prices it's tough to go wrong here.

Mit die besten Dumplings, Xiao-Long-Bao. Auch die anderen Gerichte wie Gyoza oder die Suppen sind super lecker.
