Ein weiteres Hotel welches wir in Bangkok gerne nehmen ist das Landmark, so auch dieses mal. Wobei es dieses mal recht eng war, da wir spät mit dem Buchen dran waren und hier noch über diverse Portale 2 Zimmer via Tui ergattern konnten. Das Landmark selbst ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel, welches zwar in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber immer noch ein Aufenthalt wert ist. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet (Zentrale Steuerung von Licht und Klima). Stylisches Fenster zwischen Bad und Wohnbereich (elektrisch abblendbar). Der Service ist top, sei es an der Rezeption als auch beim Zimmerservice. Da es aber keiner Kette angehört kommt es für mich aktuell nur noch ab und an in Frage.

Stunning hotel.The room was always cleaned and rearranged impeccably, the staff were all truly extraordinarily kind.From the reception to the car/taxi reception the staff was always ready to make the stay in Bangkok wonderful.Excellent breakfast served in an elegant setting.Superb room service.

The staff need more practice about the way to communicate to the customer. Beside politeness and gentleness (which is the most important part for Thais), the staff should practice the way to make customer to have clear understanding what hotel conditions is. Even I am Thai, but your staff is still lacking communication.

Stayed at the Landmark for a couple of nights on our first trip to Bangkok. We were looking for a centrally located hotel and the Landmark delivered. The rooms were spacious, the food (we got room service) was good and the pool was really lovely!One thing that marred the beginning of our visit, though, was that we arrived in time for the check in but were kept waiting for over 4 hours to get our room. Sometimes these things aren’t in our control, but I would have appreciated better communication from a property like the Landmark.

All things considered, it is a nice hotel with a very friendly staff. I booked a club room, and access to the club lounge was nice. A nice place to relax in the afternoon with complimentary snacks and drinks. The lounge also had a nice view from the 31st floor. I expected more from the pool area, but it was ok (even though the water was a bit too cold for my taste)

Excellent experience! We stayed for 4 days but wish we would have stayed longer because the services are amazing. Extremely clean, staff is beyond friendly, amenities are 5 star, location is top notch. Don't have enough good words to say about this hotel. Thank you Landmark for making our first trip to Bangkok a memorable one.

This is a 3 star hotel at best. We booked 2 king bed bedroom when we checked in they didn’t have it, so we had to wait an hour to get 1 king bed room and just stay at a double bed room. The room was so noisy we couldn’t sleep and I got a bunch of bug bites, so we requested to change to another room. The other room they gave us had such a strong cigarette that doesn’t go away, the whole floor smells like cigarettes

Staffs are very generous and helpful. Our stuff was lost but staffs were active and tried their best to find our stuff even it was a night shift especially, Banquet team, Front Office team. Highly recommended for service-mind staffs here. also, buffet are nice!

Very nice hotel, neat & clean. We stayed in Deluxe suite, the room is very specious & decorated nicely. Fresh flowers & fruits were provided. We had few concerns and the General Manager Francis resolved those right away, we appreciate the hospitality & love the personal touch.Nice city view from both the living room & bedroom. Both rooms have large screen TV. Plenty of good quality amenities provided. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. The room was very clean and equipped conveniently. We had breakfast, lunch & dinner in one of the restaurants Green House. Food was very good and staffs were helpful.We had a comfortable & worry free stay. Thanks to all staffs! I recommend this hotel.

The first time I went, it was great. A skilled masseuse named Ai. Unfortunately not representative of the establishment.Went back 2 more times. Second experience - mediocre. Still decided to go a 3rd and last time. This time I wasn’t the only person in the room - really terrible experience. The staff were talking to each other very loudly the whole time, no attention to your comfort. One has been to communal style massage places before - staff and customers both always lower their volume to respect the atmosphere. Didn’t close up the windows/curtains so it was extremely noisy even on the 3rd floor. It’s just a bad experience - and prices are a premium compared to most options. There is no tea, no making you comfortable in your chair and really, they ignore you. Not at ALL worth the premium. You are left feeling less relaxed than before the massage. You’re not missing much if you skip this one.

Stayed a few days to catch up with old friends and the location was perfect for me. The rooms were nice but not amazing, water leaked out my shower, large comfortable bed. Staff were mostly very nice. Buffet breakfast was very good. RRB steakhouse was just so so, my steak was too thin to be able to cook perfectly, the creamed spinach was easily beaten by the same dish at a German bar around the corner, the only real highlight was the view as the sun set. I do recommend but would choose somewhere else next time.
