6000 baht for a mediocre steak, 2 sides, even charged for the steak sauce, 1 glass of wine and 1 bottle of water. What happened to you guys? USED to love it. This was the last time. Someone please teach the GM how to read global economic news. What kind of a market do you think you’re in? Goodbye El Gaucho.
We had lunch there and everything was very good!We tried the wagyu burger with the blue cheese sauce(amazing), red wine from argentina and black angus😊.
El gaucho is a must see in Bangkok, spectacular food, wonderful service, convenient location, Victor the GM and Danny the owner make sure each person visiting feels special and cater to, consistency is the hardest thing in restaurants and El Gaucho delivers every time
The atmosphere was calm.Food was amazing steak arrived perfect.we ordered one medium well and two medium all cooked to perfection.had some crepes for desert 10/10 experience would visit again👍🏻🤍
Perhaps because I played too hard in Thailand, I went to a steakhouse to replenish protein, but the prices were expensive. It costs about 110,000 won for 350g, but if you order wine and a few salads, it costs over 500,000 won for three people.I ordered rare rather than medium or well done, and it came out just like medium. It's so ambiguous that it's overcooked to say rare, but undercooked to say medium.Fortunately, the recommended wine was delicious and the aperitif bread was good, but it was unfortunate that the chef did not choose to order the sauce separately.Considering that I only heard the happy birthday song three times, I wonder if this is a place I come to on my birthday.
We dropped by El Gaucho while walking along Sukhumvit road. This place is amazing, inside it feels like we stepped into a new country. Great crowd and relaxed classy vibe. We sipped wine and caramel vodka at the bar. Nice respite from the bustling city. The caramel vodka is delicious and comes in chilled shot glasses. Thank you to El Gaucho team for remarkable and memorable experience. We will certainly recommend to friends and family.
Be prepared to spend a good amount of time (90 minutes) between when you order and when your food arrives. The staff will mostly ignore you. The food, however, excellent.
Lovely place for good food and great service, they open until midnight and last order is at 11.40pm.The cheddar burger is amazing and even the pasta (shrimp) was so nice! Also love that we can customise the order according to our preferences (we asked for the burger patty meat to be well done)We will definitely come back to try the steak soon!Another surprise we got was a shot of vodka after paying the bill!
The restaurant is located in a lovely place in Bangkok minus all the chaos and traffic. Secondly, the food especially the meat is superb. While the meat is superb, all their other dishes are at par with the meat. To top it off, great selection of wines. A special mention to the amazing staff. Couldn't find anything negative to comment and hence the 5 stars.
Great place to hang out with friends, family or even chill business talk.Great selection of beef and wine.Parking at Terminal 21.Staff is very friendly and communicates English well.Pickle is extremely good. I always ask for extra ones.Bread and garlic is heaven 😂
The best Steakhouse in Bangkok! Lovely ambience. Great service and attentive staff. Wide selection of drinks and food menu. Had the wagyu steak for dinner. The meat was so tasty and juicy. Love their complimentary loaf of freshly-baked warm bread, which comes with herded butter spread, olive oil and grilled garlic knob.
After being in Bangkok for a few weeks, I was craving a nice steak. 🥩 Well, El Gaucho definitely delivered!I popped in for a late lunch and grabbed the lunch set. Be warned... It's a lot of food. 🤣The service was spectacular! The complimentary warm bread with roasted garlic was fantastic! I selected the beef empanada and side salad as sides for my steak set, and I chose the Australian filet (rare) for the steak. Everything was extremely delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection and was seasoned well. 🤤Unfortunately, I didn't have room for dessert... I won't make that mistake next time! 🤣
