Das Anuba kannte ich auch schon von meinen letzten besuchen und es hat Covid überstanden. Das Anuba hat einen schönen ‚Außenbereich‘, es ist an den Seiten offen. Der Innenteil ist mir meist etwas zu gut klimatisiert ;). Das Anuba ist wie der Name schon sagt eine Lounge in welcher Musik gespielt wird (keine Disco, obwohl im Innenbereich auch getanzt wird). Weiterhin ist das Anuba aber auch ein Restaurant. Zur Abwechslung nehme ich diese Option ab und an wahr. Dieses mal hatte ich gerillten Fisch, der leider nicht gegrillt kam, sondern frisiert (ging, aber nicht so gut gemacht wie in Thailand). Dazu gab es noch Pommes und Kachumbari. Der Rotwein (by Glas) war recht gut. Die Bar ist auch sehr gut selektiert, es gibt sogar einen Lagavoulin (und das sogar zu einem guten Preis). Es verirren sich nur noch wenige Mzungos in das Anuba was mich aber nicht stört :D.
Power went out in all of mombasa so it was only right to head out for some drinks. This place didn't disappoint. Not only did the vibe pick up, there's was plenty of people to have conversation with and ultimately enjoy the company of beautiful ladies. I would recommend.
Service,security and customer care on point ... Your professionalism is perfect. Thanks Rachel, Kennedy, manager, DJ, the cleaning lady at the ladies always ensures the toilets smell perfect and clean like ain't a bar, the list is long.... Cafesserie is a classic, you can always count on finding it the same way you left it...in a good way. I mostly come for their desert, specifically their ice-cream variety but they have so much more to offer in food and drinks as well ....check it out sometime for a specialexperience.......
The cocktail menu was hilarious 😂. Loved sitting at the balcony. And when it was time to leave, they offered take away tumblers to take your drinks with you. That was something new. Only negative thing was the DJ. He could improve on his playlist. Otherwise, it's a great place to have a taste of the coastal night life
