Beer Republic

Das Beer Republic ist im Holiday Inn und auch eine Restaurantkette. Da ich hier nun auch schon dutzende male dran vorbeigelaufen bin, war es Zeit für einen Besuch. Der erste scheiterte allerdings, da ich vor 17:00 dort war und es kein Bier gibt davor (witzige Regel, zwischen 14:00 und 17:00 kein Alkohol, auch nicht beim 7/11). Dann bin ich weiter zum Siam Paragon und wollte dort was essen. Da war ich im Foodcourt allerdings total überfordert und bin zum BR zurück, inzwischen war es 17:00 vorbei. Ein Thaibier und die Beef-Rips bestellt. Es kam dann die Nachfrage ob half oder full, was mich schon hätte stutzig machen sollen. Dann kamen die Rips und es waren keine Beef-Rips sondern Schweinerippchen 😒 Aber da ich keinen Bock hatte zum nochmal warten, habe ich nicht reklamiert und noch eine Portion Pommes dazu bestellt. Die kamen auch recht zügig. Die Pommes waren super, die Rips, eher nur naja 🤷‍♂️. Das ganze war somit eher eine Enttäuschung (ok, ich hätte ja reklamieren können). Definitiv keine Wiederholung!

It's alright. For being the Beer Republic, they sure do stock a lot of old-style imported beers. There are a few local craft beers, but simple stuff. Not really my style.Service was alright, though it took more effort to get their attention for being so quiet inside.I guess most folk go there for the patio & atmosphere rather than a curated beer selection.

A beer bar with a pub atmosphere where you can enjoy loud music. There are also less noisy outdoor tables where smoking is allowed.

The shop has a good atmosphere. Can sit outside The music is not too loud. Convenient travel, next to the BTS.

I happened to stop by a bar when I wanted to drink beer alone. There was a wide variety of beers, an adult atmosphere, and the waiter's service was excellent.I will stop by again if I have a chance to go to Bangkok.

First of all, this is a hotel bar. Hotel prices. Visiting BKK, stumbled upon this bar. Based on the exterior, gave it a try.You can make a restaurant in a hotel…and is always a hotel restaurant. Hotel feel. Lacking the normal BKK charm/quirkiness. Fun beer signs help.Love live music, unfortunately, at 7:30, trying to have a conservation over dinner, a bit loud to enjoy. Good music though…they have live music every night. Next time not dinner, just drinks and enjoy the music.Outdoor/open air seating as well as indoor seating.Service was good, staff friendly. Six of us dining and drinking…drinks good. Have to send one meal back to have it redone. All good after that.We did enjoy ourselves, not sure it’s a repeat stop for us.

Great place for Thai-fusion food dining ! The restaurant experience overall is very pleasant. Service are really good as always. I’m really impressed. Amazing experience everything so nice. Can’t wait to come back! I highly recommend this restaurant.

The Beer Republic is an nice Restaurant / Bar. They have live music and its nice to sit there.The Food was okay. Nothing special to be honest. Drinks on the other side were Great.From price perspective its a bit higher. But that comes with the area.Overall you can go there for snacks and beers.Service was really good and friendly.
