Auf das Chor-Ma-Lee bin ich über ein Tik-Tok-Video gestolpert. Deren Signature-Dish ist ein Ochs-Fuß. Dazu habe ich noch deren Dumplings und die fritierten Lotuswurzeln bestellt. Der Ochs-Fuß kam dann auch wie auf der Karte beschrieben unter einer Glasglocke mit Rauch. Der Rauch hat ein nettes Aroma hinterlassen. Dazu gab es dann noch Gemüse und zwei Eier (Ente). Der Fuß ansich ist jetzt am ehesten mit den Hühnerfüßen beim Chinesen zu vergleichen. Das ganze ist quasi pure Gelatine und hat kein Fleisch. Geschmacklich aber nicht schlecht und sehr sättigend. Die Dumplings waren auch gut. Richtig lecker war aber dann noch der Lotus, dieser war Süß! Alles in allem gut. Am Anfang hatte ich noch so meine Zweifel, da ich der einzigste im Restaurant war, aber später kamen dann noch deutlich mehr Gäste.

Islamic restaurants have Halal signs. Meets Halal standards. The shop is on the 4th floor of Terminal 21 Asok mall. The shop is a very bright red color, clearly visible. The shop is beautiful, clean, looks classy.It's a shop that will definitely appeal to meat lovers 👍🏻The restaurant's menu does not have a lot to choose from. But everything looks delicious. Recommended menu is "Stewed beef leg".- Chor Malee beef leg rice The stewed beef leg is very soft and tender. The leather is soft and not sticky. There's a lot of collagen in there. It's very smooth. The gravy is juicy. Not too wet The sour and spicy sauce works well to cut through the greasy food.- Topping: stewed beef. It's a good big piece. Stewed and soft. (But not to the point of melting in the mouth) There was no fishy smell at all. I really liked it.- The price is quite high. But I can understand the ingredients and deliciousness. 👍🏻👍🏻- The staff at the shop provide very good service 👍🏻👍🏻Passing this way will stop by to try other menus.
Food tasted very good but I guess that's what MSG will do to your taste bud...I don't really have anything negative to say but I gave a 3 star because what came to me in the tray looked completely different to what was show on the menu... the noodle was fine, the soup was fine, but where's the beef ???? There were hardly 3 or 4 shredded pieces..... this is ridiculous !!
This is a beef lover's paradise. Their beef is incredibly tender and juicy, available in both rice and noodle versions. As a noodle enthusiast, I can vouch for its deliciousness. Give it a try!
Great idea, great concept, but rather poor execution. I can see they’re trying to give it a beef twist to the classic pork leg menu, but am I missing something here? Reviews say great flavor depth and tender beef. I had the beef leg with rice and the beef soup. Neither felt like eating beef at all. Tasted like pork… poorly done pork. No aroma, no texture distinctive of beef. The meat on both was quite dry but thankfully chewable. The beef leg had some fat and collagen to save it, but I had quite a hard time finishing up all the chunks of meat in the soup. If protein is your thing, then by all means, the soup it is. But otherwise, for the beef leg, I would prefer any local braised pork leg on rice in front of your soi for half the price. Wouldn’t recommend the soup.
I had the beef soup and then the noodle as topping. It’s so aromatic, savoury, salty and tangy (I opted for no chili at all). The noodle is perfectly cooked and the sauce on it with fried garlic is so good. The beef wanton is cooked kinda like gyoza (boiled and fried at the bottom). Those are really yummy too. Honestly, I love the dessert best: piping hot and soft tofu encased in a glutinous shell and sprinkled heartily with toasted sesame, sugar and a bit of salt, aka, heavenly. Notes to non-beef eaters: the only other option is chicken!

Great little find in terminal 21 for less than 200bht a bowl. Tasty beef leg egg noodles - great depth of flavour, soft beef. Food was quickly served. In and out within 20 mins. Will return
