Average taste according to standards. Price is quite high. Because VAT & Service Charge is added, the service staff is good and keeps refilling the tea. The desserts are very delicious.
Famous ramen shop, chewy ramen noodles, mellow soup Eat for a while and you'll get a salty taste, soft pork, delicious eggs, average-tasting gyoza, high price, go on a weekday, no need to wait in line, don't wait long for food.
Not hard to see why was first noodle restaurant to gain a Michelin star.I had the signature ramen infused with truffle and you can really taste it. Broth is sooooo good. Noodles just perfect. Pork absolutely delicious. Even the yuzu soda was tasty.100% recommend from me
The ramen/soba noodles were really good! We just wanted to keep drinking the soup. The broth was really well made as it was full of flavour and creamy. If you like a thick broth for your ramen, you will like Tsuta. We ordered the classic and crab ramen and we really enjoyed our experience here. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was cozy.
Ok WOW very unexpectedly amazing! Ordered the classic soba and it was a 10/10. The egg was marinated and perfectly cooked, the noodles were firm but bouncy, the broth was so umami and not too salty, and the pork was thinly sliced and packed with flavor 🔥
Came across this place from a recommendation by an experienced ramen lover, saw the price and hesitated to make a visit at first but our curiosity overflown as this ramen shop is owned by one of the legendary ramen chefs in Japan.Couldn’t resist to try their signature Shoyu Truffle Ramen - a highly complex, unique and innovative bowl. The broth is what makes this bowl of ramen so special—3 different tastes in one bowl, it’s complexity and great aroma is speechless. Yes it’s expensive but worth a try imo. If I could inhale the bowl in with the ramen, I def would 😂Ps. Their refillable green tea is vry nice & aromatic!
Came for lunch after reading some reviews of its Michelin star ramen. The truffle ramen and Tonkotsu ramen are both really delicous as it's really very flavourful. The truffle soup base compliments the ramen really well. Gyoza is just normal and nothing special. Do come and try out their truffle ramen if you are at the mall.
