We had a great end to our vacation with you, the food was absolutely delicious and your staff was super friendly and accommodating. We felt very comfortable with you, thank you very much for the hospitality! We will definitely come back as soon as we go on vacation in Stockholm again!
Delicious food and enjoyed the hospitality. The restaurant has an extensive menu with various options, including vegetarian and vegan options. You can taste that they cook with passion and love. It's not the cheapest place to eat, but you definitely get your money's worth. The restaurant is very nicely decorated and the staff is very helpful. Dishes could be adjusted due to allergies.
This place is so worst that they don’t even let you see the menu and start taking orderThey want to close the restaurant soon and therefore ask the guest to order food quick and also eat quickHilariousThe waiters and staff are like our owner told us to keep it open so it’s openShutdown the place if you can’t respective guest
Let me start with saying that this place deserves all the recognition and stars. The food was amazing, full of flavours without being heavy, spicy or oily. The owner and servers were super sweet and even customized few of the dishes for us ( made vegetarian versions) to make our overall experience even better. The naan was super soft and flaky, gravies were delectable. It’s a must try!!!!
We went there for my husband’s birthday. We ordered chicken jalfrezi and chicken karai based on the recommendation by the waitress. The spice level was mild and it was perfect for us. I would also highly recommend the garlic naan. The mango lassi was also good. The ambience was great and we were happy with the hospitality. We have a 9 month old baby and the waitress provided us a baby chair and helped us a lot. Thank you.
One of my favorite restaurants serving Indian cuisine in Stockholm. Great location and delicious food. I highly recommend the Old Dhaka Nihari if you like lamb and both the tiffin boxes if you are a big eater.
We nearly didn’t go here because we thought it would be like the curry we get back home - but it wasn’t. All the food had so much flavour and seemed really fresh. It wasn’t stodgy or heavy at all - even the naan bread was fresh and delicious without being greasy. The service was really friendly and I would 100% come back if I come back to Stockholm.
We made the booking through the fork app. When we reached they had our name noted and quickly gave us a table. The staff were very helpful and quick. The food was very tasty, the fish curry is a must try😋 and lamm curries were spicy and tasty. Excellent service and yummy food.
One of the best Bengali restaurants in Stockholm. Their drinks (mango lassi and roohafza) are the best in the city. It's a bit on the expensive side, but the food is great. The service was fast, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It was easy to find a table for two. However, I recommend an early reservation if you're a group or definitely want a table. It's a decent place for a date with spicy food.RecommendedDish: Lamb SizzlerDrink: Mango Lassi
We had a wonderful dining experience here. The food was delicious and we were quite pleased with the generous portion sizes. The curries were very flavorful, but the downside was they weren’t spicy. The interior was fun and thematic, however the glowing neon sign was a bit much for indoors. The service was great. We will be back.
Good Indian and Bengali restaurant in the area. The atmosphere is nice and the foo was really good. Loved Mango Chicken Tikka Masala Prices are good, and definitely worth it!
Best service I've ever had with attentive and thoughtful staff. The food was absolutely delicious with an authentic homemade feel presented at restaurant quality. Overall a must-dine experience if you're in stockholm.
Amazing food, very friendly staff . Their tiffin boxes are a must try, if you wanna experience the Bengali food culture. Had an amazing time with friends over there .. better to get a reservation as the place is always crowded.
A wonderful place in the heart of Stockholm. Amazing service, cozy set up and amazing food! Recommend it for any and every occasion, best for a couple having a dinner date. 10/10!
The mango lassi was WONDERFUL. The fried onion appetizer was delicious, with the mint chutney. I ordered the salmon vegetable curry. The dish was okay, weak flavors. Unfortunately, it made me sick for a few days afterwards.
An Indian restaurant in the city centre. The overall food of good quality and has a moderately good variety. Customisation of dishes is a good indicator of customer service.Service is bit slow and ambiance average.
From the very first second you enter the restaurant, you are greeted by friendly faces, welcoming you to the restaurant. You immediately feel comfortable, and a sense of belonging as you are conversing with the staff.Ordering is an event in it self, as you will have a hard time picking out a dish, because they all sound delicious (and they are). The food speaks for itself, as it is absolutely expertly prepared, seasoned to perfection and beautifully served. And you wont go hungry either. This is a formidable kitchen, and absolutely a must visit, if you're out for Indian cuisine. It cannot be recommended enough.
The food tastes authentic and good. The portions are filling, the staff are friendly, food arrives quickly and the restaurant is in a good place right next to the tunnelbanan so overall very and I definitely recommend. I had “Lamarck biryani” “village madras” and for appetizer “street fuchka” and “singara” I really recommend all of them.
Nice, cozy atmosphere and crazy good food. Everything was fresh down to the little side salad and the fruits in my drink. The staff was very kind and welcoming. It felt like visiting a home.
Good atmosphere and great quality of the food. The eggplant curry and mix vegetable curry were incredibly tasty with such a nice texture. Prices ok, not in the cheap range, but definitely worth it!
