Das Lisa Almqvist ist wie im letzten Post bereits geschrieben im Saluhaal (Markthalle). Das Lisa ist auch eine Empfehlung aus der Michelin-App und lies sich auch über the-Fork reservieren (wobei das in diesem Fall nicht nötig war). Zu essen gab es die 5 Varianten vom Hering (die waren nochmal deutlich besser als die 3 aus dem Nomad). Dazu gab es noch Käse, ein spezielles Brot (sehr interessant) und Kartoffeln mit Dill. Wenn ich gewusst hätte das es so viel ist, dann hätte ich mit den Varianten begnügt ;). Zum Hauptgang gab es das Seafood-Risotto mit Safran, auch sehr lecker. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde ich hier bestimmt öfters herkommen.

The food hall, in general, is a great place to explore, spend a few hours, and eat a great meal. I intended to just hang out at the charming bar at Lisa Elmqvist but eventually my stomach had a different idea and I am so glad it did. The seafood risotto hits all the right notes and the depth of flavors is incredible. Each piece of seafood was cooked to perfection!The real star of my experience was the bread, made in house. If I discovered this bread and butter combination in my late twenties, I would have moved to Sweden.
Good very fresh fish in the beautiful setting of the Östermalms Saluhall.Everything was good, especially recommended the shrimp sandwiches. Also the main dishes were good, but not as special as we expected. Good price quality ratio to be in Stockholm
Had been here years ago, now after the rebuilding of the market it is even nicer.Had good food in a pleasant atmosphere.The restaurant is surrounded by the fish stalls in the market, the produce is fresh. The crowd at Monday lunch was mainly local.Generous portions with Weel prepared fish and good taste balance.
Thank you for memorable experiences (we've been there twice over a few days!) and "we-will-come-back" feeling! This place has an excellent fish-based menu including Swedish traditional recipes bundled nicely with a friendly, attentive service. A bit out of the beaten path truly worth exploring when up there in the beautiful Stockholm!
Recommended seafood restaurant for lunch. Östermalms Saluhall was renovated and reopened in March 2022. Often very busy during lunchtime. Good service and excellent food.
Got a smoked eel and cured salmon fresh cut for takeaway to eat at a park bench with my partner. Absolutely delightful and fresh. Best cuts I've had in my life. The staff take the cutting process seriously and give you only the best pieces.Was pricey ($30 AUD for 6+6 slices eeep!) but worth it for a once off taste. Best enjoyed fresh!
This is a great place. Nice interior, friendly staff and excellent food. If you are a sea-food lover, this is a place you must visit!I sampled the the salmon tartar and it was absolutely fantastic, and everyone in our group all loved their dishes!Highly recommend to visit this place and check it out for yourself!
Good menu. Everything fresh. Service could not better. Ate here twice, had shrimp sandwich and cured salmon. Delicious.
When the inspectors from Le Guide Rouge (Michelin) arrive to evaluate a restaurant, they start with the toilets. If these are not impeccable they will leave immediately. If we had done the same when arriving at the Lisa Elmqvist restaurant yesterday evening we would have cancelled our reservation, such were the conditions of the toilets the restaurant probably shares with the other eateries in Östermalmshallen. Instead, we had a perfectly cooked meal, nevertheless served by a waitress that seemed more interested in returning home as quickly as possible for a free Sunday than in her customers. Or perhaps we were not sufficiently dressed up to fit the style of the establishment...
When we’re in Stockholm, we’re sure to have reservations at least twice a week during our stay. The food is delicious and we’ve been patronizing this establishment for 28 years and my wife, a native Swede, for longer than that.The Toastkagen is a must. The menu is varied and delicious with fresh seafood offerings daily. From the Grav Lax and Herbed Pickled Herring (my personal favorites) all the way through the menu, few other restaurants in Stockholm can offer the quality and freshness of the bounty of the Baltic. It’s pricey(but Stockholm typically can be when eating out) but definitely worth it.
If you visit Östermalmshallen, you need to try this restaurant, especially if you love seafood. I had the Toast Skagen and Steamed Cod Salad, and both dishes were really delicious. It isn’t the cheapest place but you pay for quality ingredients. You know how fresh the cod is when it is steamed..the texture of the cod is firm and flaky with some subtle sweetness. I would give it a 5 star if not for the somewhat ‘cold’ attitude of the waiter that didn’t make me feel very welcomed
Excellent fish, good service, right speed ... can't fault it really..Staff do a great job but look a bit trazzled. Back in the real Ostermalms Saluhall.
This place is worth a visit.We where a group of 7 and we did some starters and main course.Fish is what is best served at this place and a excellent menue of wine.Staff was friendly and delivered our food nice
Terrible customer service for a fine dining restaurant. We came at 17:15 with a baby, over 2/3 of the tables were available, but they wouldn't give us a table for four so we can have space for the baby. This is not the right way to treat customers.
Update: We were pretty happy when eating here, but later one person got sick. Thinking back, the rice in the risotto did taste quite funny.Old review:Fish&chips was decent, risotto way too salty bordering on inedible, but they have the best coffee in Stockholm.
The lobster soup with an Italian ravioli was too salty to me that I could only like finished 1/3 of a small size; oysters were fresh but were small, I ordered the less pricy one named ‘ nice ‘. Full among local but there was bar area seat available. Good selection of beer. All were around £25 which was a good deal in this city
Great place, nice atmosphere. Food excellent and fresh... Just wines very expensive but is everywhere.... Worth a visit. Walk around the market to built the appetite
