Hakka Restaurant

Hidden gem in central KL dishing out traditional legit Hakka cuisine, and seafood dishes. We had fried scrambled eggs with sharks fin, served with lettuce, so it’s a DIY wrap. Crab minced meat fried and encased in a crab shell is also worth trying. Fried bee Hoon was ok, nothing to shout about. Midway through dinner, the ceiling shutters slides open, and the restaurant transform into an alfresco venue. It was very crowded on a Monday evening, and staff were very busy, however they are still very friendly.

Amazing traditional Chinese place to gather and dine in the heart of KLCC.
Absolutely delicious! The crab and prawn dishes were flavorful, fresh, and succulent. The restaurant itself has a nice outdoor setting and family-friendly atmosphere.

We went there for dinner on Wednesday. A huge crowd, luckily we managed to get a table. The food was average, so nothing worth recommending. However, the price was reasonable. It took a while for them to serve dessert and we needed to remind them a few times.

1. Snail speed service and poor attitude. Either the staff is slow in hearing n understanding or just plain rude.2. Keep returning with the same wrong order dish.3. Food is average. Not worth the time/money.

You can enjoy Chinese and Southeast Asian cuisine outdoors. It's located in the center of Kuala Lumpur, so you can go around the city after eating.

This restaurant provides authentic and delicious Chinese food with good service and nice ambience. They also have ample and free parking. We tried their salad prawns, broccoli and noodles ( wat tarn hor), and finished off with their signature peanut soup dessert ( fah sang woo).

First time I heard restaurants limiting timings for guests. Our is 2 hour. Booking at 6pm must finish at 8pm. I guess they are famous restaurant. The place is full house. Parking needs to be paid rm3. The food was so so. I was invited there.

This is one of the very few authentic Hakka Restaurant which serves good Hakka cuisine. The price may be a bit on the high side but the food is really good and won't mind paying a bit more for such good food. My whole family loves this place and will definitely frequent this place more!

Come here for the food (duh) and airy ambience. Make sure you make reservations for your visit, otherwise it’s very unlikely you can get a table walking in.We had their braised pork belly, fried chicken, tofu, veggie with eggs. Taste overall okay.Servers were responsive to our requests. The captain was also able to recommend good dishes.Plenty of parking spaces, though not free. You used to be able to see the KLCC Twin Towers but the view is now blocked by high rises.

A landmark in KL.A popular restaurant in the heart of KL.Went solo, it's much more suited for a group, most are round big tables. Lots of families go there. It's expensive but not fine dining in any way. The food quality is of high standards. The restaurant (manager or owner ) was always walking around helping out with orders and guided me choosing since my experience is very limited in this cuisine..Had to wait like 40 minutes for my hakka noodles but the restaurant was full. Sunday at 8 PM. The noodles were excellent, probably freshly made.Pork in soy sauce was excellent too

It’s a non air-conditioned restaurant, situated between the tall buildings but it’s well ventilated with air cooler and fans, you won’t be feeling stuffy at all.For food wise, they have some selected dishes are nice, the highlighted dishes are crab mee hoon, abacus, pork knuckle, braised pork belly with preserved vege (mei chai), salted fish minced meat and shredded celery. As for the fish dish is not value for money, though it’s nice too. Dishes platting is below average, so just go for the taste instead of the visual platting. You need to make reservations to avoid disappointment, however, the waiting time for dishes averagely is about 45min - 1 hour during weekends.

Hakka restaurant has great good food at a reasonable price. The Hakka dishes served here are very authentic, I love their atmosphere and it gets very crowded by 7pm even for weekdays. Staff here is very friendly.

Came with with dinner with the fam and relatives. Love the open area decorated with lights, the night was cool and luckily we didn’t have to worry about mosquitos or flies.Service is prompt and tip top, the servers helped to bring over baby chair and automatically filled up our drinks. The steam chicken was a favourite! Their steam fish is fresh and tasty. The waiter is also active in recommending their signature dishes which was helpful. The parking space is big and there isn’t any worry about parking. Overall very enjoyable and will be back again!
