Restoran Sai Woo

Years since i last came back here and was thinking which to try. Too many along this stretch and i wanted a good place without being 'chopped'.So glad i chose this place.Food were mostly good except for the Fried Oyster. Thats pretty bad so can skip that.Full marks for the Stingray. Thick and delicious, 1 of the best i had during this trip.Same goes for the Sotong squid too which was extremely fresh. Was lucky to be served by the boss and his service recovery for a small issue impressed me. Small gesture but his sincerity to settle it was an awesome act.He stressed on the fact he sells an experience with good food and i cannot agree more.Throughout the process from ordering to billing, excellent service was made.Because of today's experience, this will be the place for me during my next KL trip for sure.Highly recommended.

The satay is quite nice here but ours took some time to come I think they forgot about usUpdate: I came back and the stingray was going so hard I forgive them for the satay incident. Also my friend developed an egg yolk addiction from the fried egg yolk squid

(Includes local menu number and commentary) Must be written in Korean to appear at the top of the national review search.I am writing this to hope that you will find this review and have a happy night market time.“Ah, I inform all Koreans, there is no need for anywhere else.”Last January 2024, 7 parents and friends in their 50s (Characteristic: Great Korean taste)Me in my 20s (Characteristics: I eat local food very well and I like cilantro)A total of 8 people came here very satisfied. The portions are plentiful and the prices are cheap, but the only downside is that sometimes bar teachers wander around outside, so you have to keep your eyes peeled for them.We are releasing our answer sheet to you.107 XL 1 - 110RM / Chili Crab (Korean Taste Hohoho)170 600g- 36RM / Grilled stingray with banana leaf (Korean Taste Hoho)202 L 1 - 55RM / Crispy Butter Grilled Shrimp (Korean Taste Hoho)238 M 1 - 33RM / Spicy stir-fried squid (I don't like Korean food / I don't like it either)251 M 1 - 30RM / clam stew - lots of cilantro flavor (I don't like Korean food/I don't like it)352 M 1 - 28RM / Sweet and Sour Chicken (Korean Taste Hoho)609 S 1 - 12RM / Thai Pineapple Fried Rice (Korean Taste)684 M 1 - 20RM / Chinese Houhuan style grilled beef stir-fried noodles (Korean taste)702 M 1 - 18RM /Chinese Shrimp and Green Onion Fried Rice (Korean Taste Hoho)810 4SET - 72RM / Chicken + Beef Satay Skewers Combo (Korean Taste Hohoho)905 S 2- 12RM / Lemon fresh fruit juice (Korean taste preference)910 S 1 - 6RM / Fresh dragon fruit juice (Korean taste hohoho Gaejon delicious)984 S 1- 14RM / Guinness StoutTIGER 3 BUCKET - 180RM /Thai Beer Promotional SetTotal 626RM (but they said hello in Malay so they deducted a bit from the total)Don't hesitate to look at the menu and choose from the options above.Tips and Recommendations: The alcohol here is served in bottles with ice in a vase.Even if you order beer, beer glasses are often missing, so ask for them all at once.Unlike satay (grilled skewers) found elsewhere, there is zero spice taste. For Korean taste, 10 pieces per person are possible. It takes a long time to bake, so if you order more, you just can't receive it.So, please order a lot at once. And when ordering soup, look at the picture carefully. If there is even a small amount of cilantro there, it is a cilantro bomb^^(I didn't mind because I liked it, but adults couldn't even touch it.I guess it’s a benefit for a hot daughter)I'm going to eat here again in June with my female best friend.Oh, but this review was posted on June 24?That's right, my friend and I are writing this down so we don't forget and go shopping again with our own money. This is a notepad for everyone😉🥰sayang. ower.makanannya menakjubkan ibu bapa saya dan rakan-rakan mereka dan saya sangat gembira berada di sini.Saya akan kembali lagi hanya untuk melawat ke sini lagi. terima kasih atas makanan yang sedap!Saya menulis ulasan ini untuk semua orang Korea

We gave this seafood restaurant a try, and the food was amazing. The dirty part of the prawns were clean out ,and the meat were so fresh that it made peeling so easy. Together with the garlic Chilli flavour, just amaaazing! The sambal stingray came at a great portion, tasted delicious. Sambal was not too spicy, good for non-spicy lovers.Satay were great too.It was crowded but the service was fast, I guess we were just lucky. Because we saw many others having bad and slow service. 🐌Highly Recommend!

We choose to eat here as it was the only restaurant that has aircon insides. The food could just be said average, a couple of the dishes were quite salty, especially the veggies. If I’m not mistaken, I think this is the only restaurant that has fresh seafood in the tanks outside with fresh fish, lobster, clams and crabs to choose from.

This restaurant located on jalon alor street in Malaysia, near bukit bintang street. This place sell a lot of food of Malaysia cuisine, such as crab, snail, satay, etc. You can try anything you like. From my perspective, I think food in this restaurant is too sweet, not suitable for me and my girlfriend, but the snail is ok. Others food are so so, not really excellent, but I think this is the special taste of Malaysian. All the staff are enthusiastic and dedicated, they are welcome all customer, I like the service here, anyway, the toilet is not really clean, but acceptable. Finally, this street food bring me the feeling of my hometown, Sai Gon.

Tried the bbq chicken wings and chicken satay here. The chicken wings required a minimum order of 4 pcs per order. Thankfully they were delicious enough, we finished them. The satay which took a lot longer to arrive however, was disappointing. The chicken meat was unusually orange (which was scary... to me). And, the meat was a tad too thick in my opinion, for a "satay". Not sure if it is because we have already have a few chicken wings, the 10 pcs of chicken satay saw consumption of only 50%. It was not too much to stomach.

Nice restaurant in Alor. If you get an outdoor seating, you will be mesmerized by amazing view of Alor. The waiting time is okay. The food is authentic and tasty. It is quite cheap since it is a street vendor. The staffs are friendly and helpful enough. Like many Malaysians, they can speak english well.

A bit expensive (the whole food street) but it gave us an experience that will always remain special. Situated on a very Busy, Expensive and Touristy Hawker Street of Jalan Alor, Sai Woo treated us with some amazing known dishes but with better flavors.Attendants are quick and easy to communicate with. Very little for vegetarians to choose from but you can definitely try and be adventurous.Seafood here is fresh and delicious.

Not sure why this restaurant is rated so low when it deserves 5 stars!Have been dining in this place since 2015 or 2016 and till today the food remains amazing. Price is a little on high side but then again it is a tourist spot so 🤷🏼‍♀️We had a feast! About 8 dishes shared amongst 3 people. We were stuffed but happy!Paid around RM 250 for everything including drinks. (Non alcoholic)PS: You have to try the Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet!!

Summary

Nachtmarkt Restaurant mit eigentlich guter Auswahl (viele Lebendfische im Basseng), aber nicht wirklich geschmackvoll.
