Ich arbeite mich so langsam von unten nach oben über den Nachtmarkt. Dieses mal also das Chao Zhou. Wieder versucht gewesen den Crab zu probieren aber dann vom Fisch mit Mango etwas mehr angetan gewesen. Dazu gab es noch Kraut mit getrockneten Shrimps und noch ‘Meeresschnecken’ Balitong (stand auf der Karte) und weil Wochenende war, gab auch noch ein Tiger. Was soll ich sagen, der Fisch war super lecker, vor allem mit den Magostreifen und den Zwiebeln und das ganze noch etwas spicy. Die Balitong waren auch sehr lecker, wenn auch etwas komisch zu essen, da man das Fleisch von hinten über die abgebrochene Spitze aussaugt. Die teilen waren auch mal richtig spicy (aber wirklich gut). Den Laden werden ich wohl noch einmal besuchen. Gegenüber hat einer Crab gegessen, aber das war ne wirkliche Sauerei 😀 . Was ich noch witzig fand, die Bedienung hat das ganze in Chinesisch aufgeschrieben. Finde das voll faszinierend wenn da einer ein paar dutzend Schriftzeichen hinkritzelt.

Accidentally had dinner here as it started drizzling as we were walking down Alor Street with no umbrella.Food was actually okay, service was fast, but price was expensive for Alor Steeet area. Especially as the place has no air conditioning.
Came here on a whim after my Grab driver recommended this street to eat - ordered the Bakkutteh- they asked ribs or belly and they recommended ribs and so glad I got ribs the belly on the other tables looked quite fatty so this was perfect for me! This is the place on the street to eat this ! YUM! And prices are also great
Its a nice restaurant located in Chinatown KL. The food is very good and at night you have a perfect view to the street and there busy life. Go there and enjoy food and nightlife.
The cooking taste is good but food quality of the cockles is bad. They're so tiny barely have any meat and not fresh at all. Soup dumpling and crab soy sauce are good.They add 10% service charge and some kind of tax(not sure because the bill is in Chinese)which I see no other restaurants in KLCC do that. My bill was MR195 for 3 dishes became MR228 after all secret charges(in Chinese)were added. Will I come back? Heck NO. Too greedy of a business. Overprice itself is not enough for them, they overcharge too.There're many rivals out there on Alor that serve fresher food and straightforward pricing.
I spent 2 days dining at this Jalan Alor area.What cathed my eyes and bf is a restaurant that looks luxurious but is actually not expensive at all. Only 271MR for dinner for 4 members, quite cheap, the food is quite delicious and easy to eat for my parents.My family has 1 Japanese and 3 Vietnamese but everyone likes the food here. They enjoyed so muchThe staffs are quick, friendly and enthusiastic.If there is a chance, I will come back again.
There are Chinese staffs who can recommend foods friendly.Serving time is not slow. Taste is good. Not so congested.This could be one of my list when I visit jalan alor 🤝🤝Pork knuckle was 😊good. You can order.
Nice restaurant on Jalan Alor. Friendly staff but a bit confused, but we ended up with the right order. Meat dishes came some time before rice, so it almost became cold. The food though, tasted great and it was plenty for us. And they served ice cold beers.
Unfortunately this place failed on many counts one Monday evening despite the restaurant not full.* The service was poor and not attentive. Our repeated requests were ignored and there was no effort for the staffs to make eye contact in spite of our waving arms to catch their attention.* there were several items on the menu that were not available and the waiter even discouraged us not to order steamed fish as it would take longer.* the grilled stingray was awful, burnt and bad quality.* one item we ordered was not served and they tried to charge us included in the bill. After a great struggle they removed the item but kept on insisting it was served.* Overall quality of the food was poor with bad taste.Very poor indeed and a bad experience.
Very bad experience. Foreign tourists please be aware. Order the food for 40 mins but never coming. I ask the staff 4 times and all they can say is wait while they focus on big group/ table only. They try to play around with tourists.
Lovely fresh and good quality food. We ordered the Spicy fried chicken, the Stingray (Sichuan style) and the vegetable fried rice. For us the portions are perfect and we are completely full. As for complaints about the price, It might be more expensive than other places un Kuala Lumpur but if you leave as satified as we did, then it is completely worth it, no? Plus...prices are shown on the menu.Thank you! 👍
Not recommended if you’re looking for a restaurant to eat with a group, we’re already order the small portion of dish and the waitress inform us that the small portion only for 2 people and we already confirmed but when when we pay and check the bill the waitress change the food to big portion instead of the small one. They served the last dish when we’re already finished to eat and they still force us to paid for it. Food not to delicious, price quite high, it feel like they scammed us. You better find another restaurant although there’ so many people eat there.
This place quoted me 22 net for a Tiger. They added tax when I asked for the bill. I refused to pay and they didn't even argue. Obviously they try this on with foreigners. Avoid.
Embarrassing service standards and the server did not wait 5 mins before he blatantly informed us “we are taking too much time to decide and people are waiting” … this during a calmer no rush time with empty tables all around. Regardless when a service and your experience at a restaurant begins on this note you simply get up and leave.
Scam! The prices on the menu don’t contain the additional service. We found it really overpriced for KL and medium quality.
Staff Lied to us about the price of food. We questioned it when the bill came and they were very rude and unpleasant.Food very average for The price. We even had some stray Pork turn up in a vegetable dish that we were promised had no meat in.Come to Jalan Alor but avoid this place. Very disappointed.

The reason for this is because we waited 1.5hrs for the food to arrive.... The food is tasty. Its just that the food arrive super late. Was very disappointed with their service especially when I brought my aunty and uncle here for dinner.
I AM STILL HERE WAITING FOR A DISH FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR. HOW IS THIS RESTAURANT GET 4.5 stars?!!! Old man waiter said other tables (A LOT) haven’t eat too! I’M HAVING GASTRIC PAIN THANKS. 🤬🤬🤬Google said closed 8PM. I’m still here at 9.22PM because they closed 12AM and google operating hours are NOT UP TO DATE.
We had a bad experience in this restaurant I was waiting more than 1hour 30minit above. We didn't received most of the item. Item we order early the restaurant staff told us item finish but for the late comer after us they got serve what we order. Seriously the worst restaurants in bukit bintang
