Immer wieder gerne!
I visited SQ SilverKris Lounge in BKK airport during evening time before I took my SQ flight back home. The lounge was crowded, but there were still seats around.Since I was dead hungry due to the traffic jam, i quickly headed to the food and beverage counter after securing a seat. There were quite a selection of choices, which include soup, noodles, desserts, etc. There is also a bar with bartender that serves cocktails. However, there is no shower facilities, The counter lady suggest me to head over to Thai Airway lounge for shower 🤣Overall is a good lounge to visit during transit/ waiting time.Overall I feel its a very good
Five stars from the moment we walked in. Top marks especially for staff here.Everything I expect from a lounge experience. The bartender (not just self service drinks bar here) didn't have to be asked and offered a selection of cocktails. Went for champagne (genuine, not just sparkling) plus Margarita. No showers though, but everything else was top notch. Boarding was way too soon. Thank you SQ. Oh yes, you must try the fresh coconut.
Really a good place to pass the time at the airport as a Star Alliance customer. The lounge is spacious, the range of food and drink is very extensive and best of all - there is a bar here with a bartender who will make all your cocktail wishes come true.
I beg to differ. Chaotic and disorganised when I visited. FYI it isn't my first time here. Replenishment slow. Nothing available to the many pictures on the reviews. Totally no kueh kueh. Cake left in the open. Warm food only 6 choices?? SilverKris Lounge seriously? Or is it just because its breakfast period??Being Singaporean I'm totally disappointed with this kind of standard our KFL has to offer. My last trip to Bangkok, I chose to fly TG and the lounge is anytime BETTER than here IMO. So many staff but so little work done. The one and only chef frantically replenishing the food simply cannot cope and with a face cramped up beyond redemption with no smiles. Had to ask 2 different floor staff to replenish the food which took forever to come. I left the lounge less than 10mins after entering. Here's the best part. ONLY ONE CUBICLE in the restroom which was cramped and small...I rest my case.
I have been to at least one airline lounge in every continent and this lounge has one of the best food selection I've visited. I'm planning to try everything they offer here.
I'm impressed with this dedicated Bangkok based Singapore Airlines lounge. There's ample comfortable seating to cater for the individual traveller to couples and small groups, from bar seating, to table seating and nice individual booths.Food is pretty good for a lounge, dishes which are largely focused on Thai food but has some western options are a bit of hit and miss but with the total variety on offer you can be pretty happily satisfied before your flight. There's also a bar for alcoholic beverages, mocktails and barista coffee. The only major downside is there's no shower facilities here which is a big downside if you've been in hot and humid Thai weather all day. Otherwise service is great, especially the bar staff were really friendly.
It's an airline lounge that's not a hub airport, and since I'm in Thailand, I want to use the Thai Airways lounge. Cheese is abundant and seems to be gouty (delight)
Small in size compared Singapore airport lounge but very good service, good food choices with touch of Thai cuisine, bar facilities, bath & restrooms.. if you are boarding via gate D it is just walk across at convenience… good experience worth visiting
Very extremely absolutely delicious yummy boat noodles sold here 🤩🥰🥳🍜Got the egg noodles with Wagyu beef, with extra portion of noodles, gobbled everything up within minutes, and proceeded to order another bowl of the exact same thing 😙😋 Super yummy!!! The Wagyu beef portion was very generous and was so soft and DELICIOUS I cannot even. 🥲🥩 Soup and dry options available, I much prefer the dry option and then douse the noodles with soup 👍.At this very moment, time stopped still. I was too busy gobbling everything up. Self control is off limits here. No fine dining meal can compare to this. Am in love love love~!! 💖❤️🫶
By far the best lounge I've visited for Singapore Airlines. They even have a resident mixologist to make a nice cocktail for you. The chicken rice was very legit and the spread of food was very good. They have recently renovated and it looks much better. Thumbs up sia
Very good selection of food and drinks, great facilities too, staff were attentive and polite. Only downside is that we found the lounge rather cold with air conditioning set at low temperatures
Nov 2022: This has to be one of the best SQ lounges in the region. Not that I have gone to many, but this one has all the food that I love! Ondeh ondeh, choop luk, spinach quiche, Ben and Jerry’s ice cream and a whole range of desserts!!! The best part of the lounge is the bar, right at the centre of the dinning area where single travelers like me can sit and speak to the baristas! Had most of the cocktails they had - Rising, SilverKris (night, didn’t have a chance to try SilverKris day) and SilverKris sling BKK. love everyone of them!
Nice privacy pods, great hot food selection, cheeses and desserts! Can be busy on the mid afternoon.Nice bar too.Wish guests would control their kids and stop talking on your FaceTime while walking around without headsetsOne of the better airline lounge in BKK
This is one the better SilverKris Lounges overseas with a fantastic selection of food, wine and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream!Located in front of Gate D5, you are best served entering Immigration from Section 3 at the far right end instead of the usually crowded Section 2.Go for it as the alternative of Thai Airways Lounge is like staying at a Ritz-Carlton vs a Holiday Inn. Recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
If you travel in business class of Star Alliance airlines, this is the better lounge than Royal Silk lounge of Thai Airways. Variety of foods and better quality. Häagen-Dazs ice-cream and fresh coconut juice can not be wrong. Not good location, it’s a bit far in concourse D.
Best Lounge I have been to, Top Notched in Asian Standard!!First, they have a bar, plus Bartender. SINGAPORE SLING is what you must order!Second, this lounge not only open to SQ premium, but also Thai Business Passenger, including AIR CHINA Business class as well, FOR FREE!Third, the only downside is, they have Washroom, but no shower.Again, highly recommend this place, just forget about Thai Lounge, nobody uses it.
