Das Krua A-Roi ist wieder mal orginal Thai und liegt etwas versteckt in der Nähe des Central-World. Aber nicht so sehr versteckt das es auch andere Farangs entdeckt hätten. Bestellt habe ich den Deep-Fried-Seabass, einen Spicy Mangosalad und noch Kraut mit Fishsauce. Der Fisch war, anders als sonst, in Mehl gewendet bevor er fritiert wurde. Dadurch war er vlt. nicht ganz so Knusprig, allerdings wurde er auch kürzer gegart und war somit sehr saftig (bei manch anderem ist er tot fritiert). Dazu gab es noch eine leckere Chilisauce. Der Mangosalad sah gar nicht so spicy aus, hatte aber auch eine sehr gute schärfe (auch den Schinken darauf hätte man verzichten können). Dann noch das Kraut. Eigentlich super simpel mit Fishsauce Knoblauch im ganzen und noch fritiertem obendrauf. Das war super lecker, da fehlt es bei uns dann doch deutlich an Abwechslung ;). Alles in allem sehr sehr lecker und bestimmt mal wieder einen Besuch wert.

We wanted to try Thai Cuisine at a proper Thai restaurant and we found this place with good reviews. We walked for 15mins to reach this place and it was worth it! The restaurant had seating outside and inside. The food options were plenty. The quality and taste of the food was really good! Longan juice was really tasty. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
Definitely a hidden jem in the shopping area. We went into this restaurant without any hopes and the standard of the food exceeded our expectations. Come here for authentic thai food that is cheap and delicious.
